The writer/activist of the article in The Observer a few weeks (Kate somebody?) gave a similar biased take on the pending events. She also took the time to tweet Fidelity Asst Mgt. targeting it's holding in RKH: it gained a few thousand likes and retweets. She also Cc'ed in Greta Thurnburg to the tweet; just imagine a single tweet from Greta attacking Sea Lion development? Game over lol. Strange times.
Citizen - You only have to check the guys title at the top of the page, he screams lefty Uni degree fool who hates his own country.
"The director of UK campaigning organisation Global Justice Now"
In arbitration interest is awarded to the winner and also some of the claimant's legal costs can be paid by the loser, though not sure how that applies to RKH's legal set-up. Interest seems to be in the range 2-5% pa and presumably applies from the date the company lost the asset to settlement date.
after all the author was hardly constrained by references to the facts of the cases. There were hardly any there in the whole piece. Just a stream of consciousness trip written off the top of his head.
350? Here's guess. Someone took the 250 number, thought it was GBP (prob just the author) and grossed it up for USD. Ha!
Funny how these guys are all for legal protections when it's them claiming eh!

Anyone know whereAl Jeezera $350m figure came from? Plucked out of thin air?
Obv Qataris and neighbours would rather others didn't produce oil. But that's the point. doesn't change oil consumption at all, just changes the $ flows a tiny bit and, I would say, for the better!
My fear is the market often gets it right. Perhaps the payout won’t come, or won’t be as big as hoped. I don’t know, I’m just wary because AIM investing often has a way of kicking you when you least expect it. I’m obviously still hopeful of a very positive outcome but taking nothing for granted until an announcement is made.
Why is the SP so low, ~$300M should see this at 50p?
Still amazes me that me that anyone in their right mind would sell a single share given what is about to be announced.
Ill informed or stupid?
It does seem every1 is resigned to and already bleating about, a multi million$$$ pay out. Good!
What a sob storey. As if the trillions in Euros that the ECB has minted and which Italy has benefitted from shouldn't be used to honour the Rule of Law and the Right to Property. No-one may be deprived of his or her possessions. These green commis make me sick!
"The “compensation” being claimed totals about $350 million" - Yes please !!!
Yes. That’s the one. Thanks.
Is this the link ? https://www.aljazeera.com/opinions/2021/8/2/corporate-courts-vs-the-environment
I’m a new member so doesn’t look like I can post links yet. It’s an article on Al Jazeera posted today by Nick Dearden titled Corporate Courts vs the environment.
Can you repost as the link seems to be gone?!
