For anyone new here there is only 188m shares in issue and no need to dilute for the next few years (unless capital is needed for other projects other than Anza). I have been buying since under 5p and not sold a share; I feel these are very tightly held and we could see a "superspike" never to return to these prices.
Bhargav. Investment aside, its good to hear that you are well.
zapsnap-
I agree, things looking bit promising now and dare I say this level may be the thing of the past soon(?).
I did read your request about 3-4 months ago for my input, but sadly I didn't had much to contribute in the midst of pandemic delays and other bits. Usually, apart from my own limited research, and some useful insights from our peers here, at key times, I like to directly communicate and hear from upper house of Newmont, Agnico and Ceo before I pass my comment on...whether the time, market or sp is on our side or not is different thing but remain in loop is rather more important to me being an investor of medium-long term nature.
Lets hope what we find this time, in newsflow over the next few weeks and more brings rejuvenation of the sentiment missing here.
TPI report suggested a significant re-rate following the JV rollover. Majors taking the charge was out of the blue and bonus before the time, though the delay in process along with other stuff has not been cost effective of late.
Lets hope, this quarter in days and not weeks changes into much needed and rather well over due U-turn here.
Good luck matey.
I have bought another 100,000 today in 2 tranches
Bhargav - great to have you back!!
I stopped reading this board after your absence but thought i would just have a look to see what peeps were saying. then i noticed your posts.
still in but i did reduce my holding slightly a few months ago. got nervous! but this is only going to go up from here.
Agreed Bhargav, we're long overdue a correction in sp. Brad's just essentially given us a heads up that any day now news is coming. Potential for news updates from 2-4 NEW JV's alongside the main event at Anza. Very happy with my investment here with an exciting few months ahead.
AG1989,
I've had reply from Agnico has option to take control in 60 days-
[
"The JV has the option to take control of the project at any time by giving a 60-day notice to Orosur."
]
though it said 90 here due to the other reply I've had from Brad as-
[
"The handover to Agnico is a rather drawn out affair given the complexity of Colombian commercial and labour laws."
]
And I believe, they've started the process before the RNS was released, so to expect it could complete early Nov or soon after is not unrealistic, plus we may find more news on assay results and Tin JV confirmation....
Not far now to see an RNS or two....possibly some re-rate as TPI suggest in their last report following JV rollover.
IMHO, a significant re-rate is well over due.
Let's see.
Good luck.
Thanks for the info bhargav. It is reassuring to see Brad's reply to you to explain the status quo. With this info and the interview today, i and many others i would guess will be much happier that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I do feel the sp will start to move back up now with some comms finally from Brad and i have bought more shares recently and today whilst the sp is at this very low price. I now have a decent holding and looking forward to the sp starting a move back up to where it belongs
Assays within a week, possibly days
World number 1&3 Gold miners to take the reign at Anza back end of October/Start of November
$6m in the bank
Tin project JV could be finalised within weeks
These waits with Orosur and lack of communication are a killer. But that was a much welcome interview with a lot to report in the near future. Remember September 7th, the transfer period over to the JV partners could take up to 90 days but expected less. To complete it by the start of November (2 months) is a bonus.
Vicjain,
I've had this reply from Brad on 6th Oct, hence I decided to post little here-
[
All I can say is that everything is going well. I know that is a useless thing to say and of no value to you whatsoever, but it’s the best I can do at the moment. We are very cognisant of the lack of news and the anxiety that is causing and will address as soon as we are able. Clearly lab issues have not improved, but you probably guessed that. And before you ask, every lab in the world is seeing the same problems – we have checked.
I plan to be in the UK January, but hopefully have a lot to say before that.
]
Obviously, its been frustrating times for me and possibly others with lack of news flow as anticipated and I've expressed that to him in civil way.
Hopefully, and it seems things will start motoring up coming towards the end of this year in a week or two and may get bit more interesting in new year. My position here, from day 1 is to stay the course this end of phase1, Sept'22. If things moves on as plan in potential, I may have to extend that a bit to phase 2 too.
Glad, we've now Tsxv and not Tsx which may generate some better response then what its been till this date. AIM is now primary abode and hopefully it works out in our favour in coming year or few.
Hope your timely top up brings you some justice to your steadfast patience and believe in this project.
We've world no 1 & 3 with us, and I trust their expertise and capability much beyond to my own perception and limited
grasp of knowledge.
Lets see, what market thinks of it.
Good luck.
Nice find bhargav. Listened to the interview with Brad...Omi looking for other projects as Newmont/Agnico take over the reigns at Anza. Brad explained about the recent delays etc which are understandable but now it does seem things will be moving ahead on several fronts. It has given me more confidence that things are happening in the background which is good for the sp. I have done another top up today as i feel today's interview is positive for the sp going forward. Will the sp start rising finally?
I'm reasonably happy with both interviews. Now we've world no. 1 & 3 to take the Anza further albeit in their own pace.
And we could possibly have 2-4 concurrent projects running in months ahead. Lets see what that involves?
Apologies VOX interviews blocked by LSE
