Why are you behaving like a bumbling buffoon?
max - you really think bill gates/soros would have a problem setting up a manufacturing plant?????????
probably be done a lot quicker than it takes colin to sell a test!
CaptainSwag - you obviously haven't a clue about setting up a manufacturing plant. You should keep your trap shut unless you can comment something intelligent !
Capn no wonder we have recently had a problem with labour shortages with an attitude like you have just posted
You’re about to run up your own backside Harvey!!
What you actually implied was that the BoD at ODX would be able to hoodwink the entire market into a takeover, because a few people on this forum do not understand the rules.
You and TWATcher (and a couple of others) are really they only fraudster on this forum.
Give it up son, you look sad and desperate with your daily borefest on here.
personally i can't see anybody buying ODX unless they could capitalise on the potential gov contract. Market capital of £92m is high considering that colin has not sold a test yet. what exactly would you be buying at that price? no definite contracts and no sales team with a track record. no real reputation
If you want a manufacturing business for LFT it would be a lot cheaper to start from scratch - we know the gov equipment was worth £17m or something like that.
buying mologic was buying the brains. the manufacturing part is surely a lot easier to set up.
Colin needs to get that gov contract in motion - establish reputation and generate income . then possibly it is attractive proposition
@HarveyF : "you wouldn't want the board to hoodwink people" ..oh the irony.Only here to save us all.Put down your cross and let me carry it for you.
Colin's last buy was at 53p.....cant see him accepting a derisory 60p to be honest.
The POTENTIAL of ODX is fantastic, however we need the approvals 1st. It does seem to be taking an age, but that's investing and that's sometimes how it goes.
I wont be selling some until the approvals come and the re-rate is in play. I think £2 to £3 is likely should everything come off as we think it will. At worst this should swing up above £1....so easy money to be made for the patient investor.
And how exactly would the board be able “hoodwink investors” if the rules are so clear and governance is in place lol.
Give it up, you boring twt.
Thinkin Harvey & Twatcher all on it today the sad brigade
John Henry:
So is the Rule 9 offer not relevant in this case? Thanks.
Zzzzzzzzzz. Borrriiiiiiiiiinnnngggg!
Nobody cares (except you) because it’s not going to happen.
Bore off.
A potential buyer might have to pay the highest price they had paid for their shares in the last 12 months but talk of a buyout is very premature and no one would accept 60p. Speculation is simply rubbish and designed to worry you, ignore it. I do not believe any investor would even be considering selling over the next week, any sales are from traders - that is their decision. Forget them and hold for news.
Totally wrong, if the company already own stock they have to pay the highest price they have purchased if making an offer.
If they dont own stock they can make a bid at any price.
HarveyF: "A 60p buyout..."
Usually, when one company buys another out, they have to offer over the 12 month high of the SP. I think it's the Rule 9 offer.
HarveyF is either a JAdam clone or is actually JAdam, exactly the same style of writing, and same boring mantra.
Jeez, you’re fking boring lol.
You remind me of someone, who was it used to be again?
Okehurst1, it would make sense for Bill Gates to make a bid for ODX, to buy up manufacturing capacity. I would think it would be a marriage made in heaven. Any approach however would have to be announced to the AIM market. ODX must be on the acquisition radar of a few companies???

WHO /FDA/ Fauci, U.K. Government, can only imagine who Bill Gates has on speed dial as he uses his $ and influence in the Pharma/ Diagnostic world
Omega still has risk as an investment there is no denying that, ditto Colin is unproven pulling off large contracts / sales - as yet
However holding on to Bill Gates shirt tail could well come off and the contracts / sales flow
Re Gates
Did he know the test data when he bought Molgic ?
How can he ‘ sell’ into Africa a test not approved in the USA or EU/ U.K. he’s going to look a right chump ?
I could be wrong and it will £cost me but am holding onto Gates as well via Omega
Fingers crossed everyone, next few days are crucial.

From his perspective he was driven to some random place, had a white coat put on him, tried to look seriously into a few a tests tubes, mumbled some rubbish, and back into the limo.
Could a test backed by Gates and Soros not make the final cut, seems doubtful to me. Odx will likely not be named on any supplier list as the manufacturer, so nobody be surprised, it doesn't mean the test won't be used though.
Boris knows Mologic VERY well... 18 months ago he visited them. The previous owners are all chums in it together.
Bill to Boris, "yes we are transitioning Mologic into a social enterprise company for the betterment of the world as part of my philanthropic vision"
Boris to Bill "who is Mologic ? and is there any money in it for some of my mates"
Hope they do AgentB, seems a very sensible move to me. I would not mind if they also gave some positive updates on LFT’s as well. Put my money where my mouth is and added another 20k. ATB
