And its Gone.
Good choice.
In at £10k with NOVA, also diversified with ODX and GDR, so hopefully some decent returns - at least cover some losses
Thanks Wilson, it was a tough one to hold the past 3 days especially as I have been round a long time and read these BB's avidly the only problem is the posters that say this is the best thing since sliced bread more often than not disappear as soon as things look like it's going t*ts up! Today is amazing, let's hope this shows this company has legs and we see no more panic selling.
Further .....acquisitionS ..... maybe
Sirius + The brightest star in the Galaxy...very apt Hamsters.
Mentioning Sirius will be a sore point to many....
Somebody must've took YouCannotBeSirius already?!! :-)
With all the cash we have and projections I'd refuse 20 point blank, I am happy for us to go it alone to be fair, although if the board recommended one I'd accept they've performed brilliantly as far as I'm concerned.
SH3 I doubt anyone can make an accurate guess. It’s the same issue as what people consider the fair value of the company to be. Just quite a lot more than where we are at now. 2 Billion, 3, 6 who knows
Never been involved in an acquisition before but around the £20 mark and I'd be a very happy boy.
I imagine if an offer came in around that figure and they rejected it it would really drive the share price north!
IF ACQUISITION ,how much would a realistic share price be for ncyt
Hey surfie well done for holding on that must have been a difficult decision knowing you been to the edge long ago, well held(genuine comment not pulling your leg, for clarity.
Taverham.
I'm just taking a 30% off the table.
I did the same in March, and called that one right.
Put it back when the stimulus was launched, and rode a wave up.
I think the same might happen, but not to the same degree.
This winter is going to be Covid nightmare for economies.
It will take a while after the US election for any new stimulus to be negotiated.
Hi, Isn't calling yourself Siriusissue a horrible reminder ?
Anyway good luck with this and I hope you have a better experience :)
Siriusissue. well done ,at least you made the correct decision
if a take over would not like to be out ,that was one of points that I had though last night if a take over announced when
i was not holding would miss out after having held for so many months .
I think yesterday affected people in many different ways, for me it was like the SXX nightmare all over again, especially with NYCT and ZOE. I admit to have had a bit of a wobble and was very close to selling, but today I am so happy to have held on. Now it is onwards and upwards.
GLA
Golfer, within 1 week we will news on the presidential election and potentially a trade deal with the EU both could trigger an up swing so be careful.
SH.
We can found the In out In again club.
I'm sure we will get more members.
Onwards and upwards we go.
I'm reducing some of my funds as well. I don't think the general stock market is going to do so well for a few months, so time to reduce exposure.
Oke doke Hawkes, if we get taken over I am sure plenty will sell then (including me) and take a difficult decision out of our hands. I hung on yesterday (just) as I can see this company only going one way long term takeover or not.
I got all my holding for £1k less than I sold them for. So now have a spare £1k for a top up. haha.
Loose change.
I think I got lucky as I am enjoying this rise this pm.
I Bought then played golf. Was pleased as anything when I got home after lunch.
Hawkes, you didn't read my post. I didn't say you posted 50 times a day, I said another poster posts 50 times a day about how great NCYT is etc and then sold out. If they bought back in today and ended up with more shares that's more luck than judgement. The fact is if you believe so much in NCYT to tell everyone relentlessly everyday how great it is then why would you sell?
golferboy ,at least you also got back in ,and seeing the benefit of it today ,not a nice feeling being out overnight ,
had not realized how it feels to be out of ncyt if thinking rns might be seen , was happy to get back in myself
Also like strength of buying Today at Bourse

And its gone.
Yes.
I bought nearly all my holding back this morning.
We will see £15 soon
Then £20.
I was a fool to get spooked by the drop, but I have some big money in here.
I was in a similar position Newbie and dumped some shares I have held for years holding a loss of 40%. Invested same in NCYT early this morning and now clawing back some losses.
New to this chat and fairly new to shares.
Yesterday was burnt on RR, however, currently have around 800 shares in Nova at 900.
Looking to dump rest of RR shares, around £2k worth to buy more Nova shares, however, is current price good value at moment? Try and claw back some losses
