So. One of the founders has left. Just before a company changing event. Im thinkingl he didnt want a takeover that may be the view of the other directors.
I asked my first question stating i had been thinking of buying in at some stage.
Im not trying to engineer a lower price. If you think i have that type of power with a few comments on a bb, then you are truly deluded. Superman i am not.
And time.
Im retired . So plenty of it. And its not morning where i am.
I think we have come to the conclusion the best way forward is to sell the technology on.
The current management isnt growing the company fast enough with the strategy it has.
A great technology to help mankind. But muppets in charge. Burning cash.
Back to my retirement now
K3
So stating the obvious is deramping?
You are a sensitive person.
I asked a strait forward question.
You decided to be sarcastic.
Sensitive about your losses here I expect.
Poor thing
Only invest whst yiu can afford to lose.
Sorry.
I dont do latien.
Carpe diem
Maybe
Finally. An intelligent response.
Yes.
Just sell the technology on to a known player who can make ut work.
Only way this will make anyone anything.
But of course you had to throw in the deramping comment.
So not so intelligent after all.
Yep. Would be really good business to take over a 15 million a year loss making entity with low sales growth.
Can see a queue forming already.
Sorry.
You guys arent gong to see any growth here for years
But. Hold it out. Be brave.
Or just stupid.
Time will tell.
Ill try and remember to look in in 2026
Only wrong by 4 million. That's what they save by closing the canada operation. So they spend 16 million next year to make another million.
Yippee
And they admit that the sales groth is slow and below market expectations. And opportunities are just that. Not actual sales.
We all have opportunities.
K3 had an opportunity not to be an idiot
Until we do something thats all they are.
I was in here for the fda approval and sold at 155.
I was waiting for a re entry point once they started making headway on sales.
But
If im reading this right, they burned through 20 million to get 1million if sales profit
And growrh is going to be slower than expected. So new profit growth soon.
So in a year the current cash will be just about gone.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Im sure someone will.
My thoughts are very similar.
Pity it came in a quiet period of the year. Less interest from the herd.
Im sitting tight and have more funds to put in when i decide we have bottomed out.
I believe the FDA approval eill come sooner than latet. I would like to see some more lab contracts though to help underpin the sp.
This is one of the few shares i actually fully believe in. The others are 80%or so.
Eill see if im correct in H2
Oh thats now ish.
Have patience.
Believe in the info we have.
Drums.
Don't believe the LSE buy to sell ratio. Its just a simple algorithm based on mid price, and is often wrong. There could be a large sell being worked on that hasn't been reported yet. Or even a large buy, so the MM's have dropped the bid to encourage some sales. Yes, crazy, drop the bid to get sells, not buys. People sell as they think its gone as high as it can.
The MM's also get buys and create the churn they need.
This morning we had buys in the 140's.
Now buys are at 138-139.
The change is tiny, and helps keep the price stable.
The more buyers at each change, the more stable the increase in SP will be. In reality, the last thing we want is a spike.
That's my take on it.
Many people blame the MM's for 'manipulation', but they see a bigger picture than us. What bigger buys and sells are around that they have to service.
Their job is to create a market, and churn.
Well.
The internal battle was won, and i bought more. Not many, but more.
Sold some of the other share where you get so much 'discussion' re time scales.
I for one enjoy the debate from both sides, be it TA, FA, or just plain lucky guess.
Its a pity that other posters have such short sighted opinions. We are, after all, wanting the same thing.
Ok, guys.
I got it wrong last week. I thought without some more lab deals it might drift. But the FOMO of the FDA approval seems to be a stronger force.
I'm very happy it is.
I'm enjoying watching this, and look forward to the day very soon when AGL announce that they have answered the questions. In the presentation it was said to be 'close'.
So, not much more waiting I think.
I'm very confident here, and oh so tempted to add more. That's the battle Wyndrum mentions. I'm having an internal battle
This is a disruptor technology, much in the same way Amazon was. We could see something amazing happen here.
GLA
researcher.
Now you are making excuses.
The original reply to the AIR was 'early May'. That has now slipped to'close'. Nowhere has Covid been mentioned as a reason. If the AIR go off during May, then great. I agree with you, once the AIR is back with the FDA, then we may see quite quickly a response, as I am sure AGL will have been working with the FDA on the actual answers that will be acceptable.
Personally, I think that could be within weeks, 'not 'end of year'
We will see.
