have you not learned to filter sharehunter yet? He's like an adhd kid that can't stop typing. Never makes any sense.
Your comment Sharehunter doesn't make sense, please be careful when posting.
with ncyt personly keep rising up the price might topslice at
product that sadly demand growing for
so much news to come
how much share price moving up
It's getting distracting when you're trying to work remotely and the share goes up to the equivalent of a 9 month wage packet, that's for sure!
The message is simple:
All the while it is “TEST, TEST, TEST!” then we must “HOLD, HOLD, HOLD!”
Diagnostics as a ‘must have’ business unit is here to stay. NCYT should be £15 before Xmas 2020 and £45 before Xmas 2021; based on a combination of fundamentals and inevitable 2-3 year ‘tail’ on this pandemic.
Why sell into that? What could you possibly come up with as an opportunity that is better than those likely returns? This will be a story of ‘opportunity lost’ not ‘opportunity cost’ for anyone selling at these levels.
Best regards to all
Intrepid
You’ve got to hold to Jan for the second contract to kick in with the nhs. It could be even bigger by then when they realise the other tests are not so good. Q16 and q32 will be on everyone’s radar. Not just here but around the world. Why else dis we buy the company. Sell to get rich. Hold to become wealthy
Saintsmith I made a 110k paper loss (I was up by that) still hold the share my first and will be great( o/t sorry) so I'm thinking of having a free ride, I believe they are very enjoyable, however with all the great research over the platforms I really can't look at the sell button yet.
As soon as NCYT received the first order from the Gov this was aways the place to be long term,.
Agree Saintsmith, but not tempted to sell with what we know about fundamentals and prospects.
Waiting for prospects to crystallise or evaporate, but as NCYT habitually achieves the former, there is no point in selling now.
p/e needs to be nearer 10, then you know the market is no longer seeing this share as a flash in the pan.
Saintsmith - you asked for other peoples comments - mine are - how many times have you seen a share like this? I've been really chuffed making 100, 200, 300% over the last few years, but this share is on another planet. As a Scientist involved in characterisaton I genuinely believe that that over used phrase "perfect storm' actually applies for once. tape over the sell button and just wait
definitely a hold for me - H2 results due In Jan 2021 is going to be a stonker plus plenty of news, particularly on M&A.
The Angel broker note and podcast yesterday said that the NHS could easily say yes to a phase 2 beyond the 300 hospitals of the phase 1 contract. Phase 2 would be bigger he thought (more hospitals). And then there's the care home rollout news to come (could be worth £569m) and the big French order (?) for their NHS, eg Winterplex.
Waiting for £12-15 as per broker notes.
Wise words porky . I always planned to top slice at £10 and new £15 was achievable .
Sometimes doing nothing is the hardest thing .
The stars are aligning now , I’m tempted to sell a few but holding out .
What are other people’s thoughts ?
I did the same with the GKP story and look at it now ??. But it’s corrupt as f and geopolitical...
This... NHS 400m order shows the rest of the world it’s a trusted product. Other orders soon. Let’s hope.
good luck Porky9. I'm with you on this one - I am happily going for broke on this share - just hoping I can hold my nerve!
I held 300,000 shares in ASOS at 5p at the start. The SP bounced around the 5to 8p range and started climbing on good news. All the way people were saying sell, take profit its fully priced yada yada. I sold at 15p taking a 30k profit.
You know the rest of this story. It's now a leading retail brand trading at £5k a share. Took 7 years. If I had the balls to hold I would be a multi millionaire now but not many retail investors can hold out.
My advise now based on experience Is run with the runners but if you need to take profit, once they have doubled well half lock them away and then you are in for free
No one made a loss taking a profit but by God I regret selling asos at 15p to this day
I'm holding this one long, long term. Make or break
Good luck
