I believe the latest rules are :- if you have a positive LFT you isolate for 5 days and no PCR test is required. If you have a negative LFT on day 5 and on the morning of day 6 - then I believe you are good to go. IMO. How do we know that the company is doing well? Who has told us? At this stage it is pure guesswork - that's all.

PCR testing is not just for covid and it is still required, if you have a positive LFT and symptoms you have to get a PCR test.
I haven’t been here long, but I have noticed that the price seems to tick up in the afternoon when the Yanks come on board. I suspect they see the bigger picture more clearly than us with all our talk of Plan B ending and Covid being endemic.
Oriens, -
Just as concerning is that we have no idea the amount of tests being manufactured and by whom.
We have no idea what our manufacturing capacity is, or with whom we have a partnership.
Are they in UK/USA/Europe/China.
DA has a lot to discuss should he choose to.
Many new products due soon, - who's contracted to make them?
You are right oriens.
The silence from the company is not helping at all .
Problem is Saintsmith, we have no idea, how much these 140 countries are buying.
Didi, if you have a large holding of Novacyt I find it fairly concerning that you find pcr is finished, and despite the lack of news from the company I'd presume you have noticed we do lft's?
There's been no reduction in Tier 1 PCR testing within the UK, which is where we supply the NHS. Swings and Roundabouts with regards to the travel industry, fortunately if travelling to the Middle East or the USA you still require a PCR, still very much a market within the UK for PCR testing and fortunately an even bigger market in the rest off the world.
This company is much bigger than the U.K. government Dudu.
PCR testing will always be required so the WORLD can keep track on new variants and new cases through genomic sequencing , which we are very good at .
Responsible countries will not and are not dropping PCR testing and we sell to over 140 countries .
Didi- that’s the million dollar question. BOD haven’t told the market a thing for almost 2 months so who knows. Hopefully we’ll find out at the end of the month.
Hello everyone. Just a very silly question . Where does NCYT go now with PCR testing not required? Does that spell the end of NCYT? I do have a large holding of the stock so unsure of the future with this company. IMO

"Now that they are rolling out the new Merck antiviral drug - which inexplicably contains a powerful mutagen"
Just a matter of time before we live in the world where ninja turtles are fighting Dogpound.
Dr. Sankar Swaminathan, who voted against recommendation, said more research was needed on how the drug will affect human DNA and the potential for it to cause birth defects.
“The risk of widespread effects on potential birth defects, especially delayed effects on the male, have not been adequately studied,” Swaminathan said.
Dr. James Hildreth expressed concerns with mutant variants escaping, telling the panel:
“Even if the probability is very low, 1 in 10,000 or 100,000, that this drug would induce an escape mutant from which the vaccines we have do not cover, that could be catastrophic for the whole world actually.”
Molnupiravir was already approved in the UK even as similar concerns were expressed.
Potentially catastrophic for the whole world. Let that sink in. Whatever happened to the cautionary principle?
Now that they are rolling out the new Merck antiviral drug - which inexplicably contains a powerful mutagen - we are almost certaIn to see new variants. Just read what the FDA panelist’s had to say about it during the EUA discussions.

We would be seeing the true numbers of cases if the government hadn’t decided to wind down PCR testing. No one registers an LFT result.
Well the WHO reckons we will see more variants as the sheer number of cases mean more mutations. Boris is all for another freedom day , Israel are boosting anything that moves and the Hamster community is in mourning, whilst France has had the largest case day ever and in the interim the 22 committee is seeing if they can count to 54.
