All - just wanted to say as an investor who looked at huge losses for a long time (aver. 420- was 480at one stage) just happy to be up and Looking forward to a rerate soon and like all LTH reward for trusting and believing in the company GLA
Lovely chart now...3 line strike upwards in proximity to support #Reversal
I am just patiently waiting for the update AKGold. Great company, great prospects, the waters have been unsteady at times but as the song goes,” things can only get better,” and that they will for sure. All the best
Well if we get market attention, it would be pretty obvious to a learned investor after doing little research.
I know most of today's Gen investors/traders believe in quick profit. Remember as Mr Buffet said you can't make Money by Buying and Selling shares. Look for a value stock and then hold it.
I am not an expert, in my view little analysis I have done I can't see to find a better Tech stock that has the potential to multiply 3 or 4 times from the current SP.
I have tucked mine in ISA for next 2 years at least. If dividend starts coming we will have both Capital Growth + Income stream. It can't get better than that. During 2019 company paid a dividend of 90 pence (approx).
Do your maths and GL to All.
Short will reduce before results
Mcro holding well against a backdrop of red
Last chance to top up cheap?
Also posted on reddit and facebook group
It's no short attack now. General market is poor today, happens. Shorts may try again but they wont get it too far down considering results are not far away now.
I was much more concerned when the market was going up and MCR down
Plus just join the wallstreetbets stuff to make some quick cash to offset
Honestly you just deramp daily. No real clue about the stock market and just give terrible advice. I would go invest in something else, like a an Emu farm
No one should listen to you.
It's called the market..
I will tell you why .
Just look at the charts no resemblance to reality especially the nasdaq well overdue a reality check.
But i still think uk markets have value.

Told you hours ago this redditt movement has got legs and short funds beware robin hood comes to mind.
Yep, they've started something here, that's for sure. Incinerate the shorters!
Write down an irrelevance to traders. The just look at the cash generation and prospects. Don't care about a divi either unless they can afford it. Much more important are margins, then rate of revenue.
The way were trading £5 could be reached before results, and if good as I expect , £6 could easily be breathe on the day,
GLA LTH The team have been working very hard throughout COVID , huge demand for technology that brings the workplace to the home with all the Cyber security measures that it required to run safely and securely . Companies have had to bring their IT spending plans forward and its still ongoing !!!
Still climbing in the US.
>I don't care if I have to pay 500p after results
You miss the point. You wont be able to get in at 500p if the results are as good as the analysts predict (and most people who know this stocks fundamentals)
If there is a write down then the CFO would take the blame given that he remains in post for six months pending appointment of a replacement. Far different from a quick departure 'to pursue other interests' that we so often read as a cover. :)
Its the CFO who is going. He wouldn't take the blame for writing down goodwill. Anyway time will tell.
To be honest if they had risk with this im convinced they would have done it already. Also write downs don't impact cash, just Accounting ****e. Whilst the share price is low its not a massive problem is it. If the price was higher and the company was saying they had to reduce their assets then your more ducked.
I do have experience of this. In December last year my boss and i agreed to wipe out around 250k of crap on our company balance sheet so we didn't carry it forward into the next financial year D): Taking the hit works
Most info is known already.
Revenue / margin / debt was announced for same reporting period already in November. Only issues for now would be write downs or a major **** up with either the final months results or with the auditors. I doubt the last part is an issue, even with CFO going . That leaves write-downs, which doesn't impact cash and to offset that they would offer a Divi.
If its write downs - CEO would need to go considering the write down from July. Don't you also think they would do it in 1 go if there was a risk of this type of stuff happening? Board had the balls in July so why would they leave some write-downs for the full year?
I agree but if Mkt sees MCRO as a value stock with a lot of upside, assuming dividends reinstated we might be in a different trajectory. Shorters will be burnt or will have their day.
If we have positive revenue no's we might hit 600 p.
we need Institutions and Pension funds that can see value for long term, Pi's wont cut it, I bet most are sitting on fence and waiting to see a positive new flow before they start buying.
I personally thought GS note in December would instigate it but no, we will need to wait for the results. If the Revenue decline is not as bad and we are getting new orders flowing in, with Revenue increasing in Med-Long term. We would be in a very good position. If the company want to send an open invitation they can add Cheery on the cake with Dividend declaration.
All in my view. If all ducks line up we might be in a very good place in a Med - Long term (say 6 months - 2 years). We can easily be trading at multiple of current SP.
donmac - considerable difference between MCRO at <2% short LSE listed and GME 130% shorted wallstreet listed lol
Looks like reddit punters are ganging up on most shorted stocks and putting on a short queeze ie petrofac cineworld mcro.
