Nudging up nice one
I am an ex-LXI shareholder and glad to be part of the enlarged business now.
"The Merger creates the UK's leading triple net lease REIT with a highly efficient and internally managed structure and a well capitalised balance sheet. The £6.2 billion portfolio is aligned to structurally supported sectors of logistics, healthcare, convenience, entertainment and leisure with a strong exposure to assets that are mission critical to occupiers. The Company's sector leading WAULT of 19 years on FRI leases and 99% occupancy provides a strong platform for income longevity and growth with a high exposure to contractual rental uplifts as well as reversionary open market reviews."
Once interest rates get cut 0.75% in 2024 hopefully this will perk up!

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") today declares a 4.3% increase in its first quarterly interim dividend for FY 2023/24 to 2.4 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend").
The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and is in line with LondonMetric's progressive dividend policy.

Seems a high premium , 34.3% to share price but below NAV, anyone got any thoughts on this?
Really tanked over the last 6 months. I guess rising interest rates will reduce the value of property. Having said that, with rising inflation property has to be a good long term investment.
Steady hands on the tiller and their demand reactive strategy make this a reliable investment for choppy times like this imo
LOR
Still below the radar and producing very encouraging results. For me this is a stock that has some resilience in these inflationary times. Content to just sit and hold long-term.
Compound annual return inc divs last 8 years is 13.4% per annum which is solid. Period includes several property off periods and the pandemic crash. IT's what you want from a property stock. Well managed and just wait for the values to come back.
Weird big drop today though.
You're right seedcorn. Originally bought this many years ago at 93p. Been on a steady upwards incline ever since with none of the usual dramas associated with shares. Probably one of my best investments. With hindsight should have invested £5K + instead of the £2K I risked at the time.
This share plods along nicely under the radar. A long-term hold for me.
Good RNS the other day.
"The industrial and logistics overweight remains a key theme in the portfolio. Not only did we experience strong organic growth from all our companies (particularly those with development opportunities) but we benefited from corporate activity as well. In May, Londonmetric announced the agreed takeover of A&J Mucklow, the specialist Midlands industrial owner and developer. The Trust owned 5% of Mucklow. We opted for shares (rather than cash) in Londonmetric as we are firm advocates of the management team and the opportunities afforded in the merged vehicle"
Good call going on. Always worthing catching if you can.
Don't know why this has happened but it's very welcome. Sometimes see a slight drop after a Div is paid. Not so here.
from BlackRock and State Street. See the RNS.
Looks like hilkma or polymetal are much higher up the list.

I agree great company it's been very stable of late while the market has retreated. The merger with Mucklows is a good move in my opinion. Will LMP take the M&S place on the ftse 100 it might happen ::))
What a great company this is.
1st time since floatation the shares have gone through the 200p. mark...
..... Bamps21 ~ this must be one of the quietest boards for a major company on LSE, matched only by the silence from the BoD who say the absolute minimum twice a year.
The dividend isn't particularly well cover but increases modestly most years.
Steady growth by a well respected BoD and a handy £4.5% yield in the current low interest climate....
~ slip sliding away quietly ... looking to add
Been here since before the merger when Pillar properties got took over I followed the directors. This is a sound steady company that will keep growing. I like the quarterly divis but wish they could grow a bit faster than they have been doing. I wouldn't be surprised though if there is someone eyeing them up considering the portfolio they have built up
yes, i have noticed that. something going on?
Just noticed
This board is a very quiet place too
