That the other 2?
I have 3 ppl on this board filtered. Fastjet, dazaliam and baserite, which one of them was that. I’m going to guess it was baserite blaming my “deramping” for the US mkt cr@pping out.
Meanwhile back in the actual world, SPX smashed right back through the 20day EMA. It’s now having a look at the 50 day support again. This is not bullish...tin hats tomorrow...
Jesus Christ it’s like kindergarten shareschool here - how are you guys putting your hard earned on the line?
Just hypothesising, of course that only they know it. Hopefully it does not have major effect and the licence gets signed in the next few weeks . Good to learn all the points of view
It must be so hard being so negative all the time Daz! Maybe have a beer and lighten up, the SP hasn't reacted to the news and nor have any LTHs.
Riverfort are leaches, good riddance I say.
How does it mean they are converting to sell? My read of the fact that they are converting their warrants into shares now (if that is what exercising warrants means, which I am not sure about), is that it means only that. I wouldn't infer that their intention is to sell them tomorrow or in a week time, they may well be just lining things up for selling them at a later time after licence is secured . That would be a typical milestone for any investor looking at maximizing the profit of their investment rather than in between applying for the licence an getting it.
Thanks for that. I just read over it again and there is no mention to Riverfront. I did not interpret this RNS as anything out the ordinary though, and hasn't had a substantial effect given the normal oscillation in SP in AIM stocks.
Where do you get that information from?
Daza - There must be a reason why that has happened now and not then. However it is difficult to know what happens behind closed doors. In any case, to me it is the present time and choices based on information available what matters and it seems the process is in motion.
Of course one has to be cautious with the timing and the level of risk vs reward that is willing to assume. For me the last 3 RNS have de-risked the investment to a level I am confortable with to get in as I see potential for several multiples -and the SP has taken a 20% hit down from the 0.36p peak last week and holding well-
Welcome Ant, good points well presented.
@Base, 100% there misguidance is intentional. As someone on another board I post on always says....bashers never bash a bad stock.
Its a small warrent being used up. Everyone used is one less in the system or taken out of the pool, so a positive.
I would rather it was used now than say in 6 months when SP maywell be a lot higher.
I may be being a bit naive about KOD at the current price with good news about the better news coming soon having just been delivered recently. In any case I see the stock as a buy and a great point of entry as long as it does not go over 0.4 without a good RNS being published (e.g licence fee being paid).
I have been trading in AIM only since Christmas and as others commented below, I am still getting my head around the implications of issues of warrants, rights and fundraisings in the SP.. Given the circumstances any issue of equity between now and the grant of the licence would create a strong support, and certainly do not want to be on the sidelines when the news come.
In a similar case, I was invested on FUM when they got the recommendation for the CE marking of their ED treatment in mid March and I sold my shares near the peak. Then got out as they said it would be "before the end of May" they would get the actual CE marking and by the 30 th of April the CE marking came. Took me as a surprise as I was confident EU bureacracy would stretch to May and even further, so I was out waiting for the price to go below 40, and missed the 33% raise.
What I mean to say is that uncertain timeframes do not necessarily mean long, and what apparently vould take weeks, like the licence being drafted and signed may take days and then things that seem straight forward take weeks (like ammending the licence application).
I am prone to think that once the fee is paid for the paperwork it should be a quick process, as once everything is filed in, signing it is not as thorough a process as getting to draft an compliant application.
Does a warrant = a share, if so new shares are being issued although we know they are on the back burner due to previous fund raises. 205,000,000 at last agm.
That's why in the majority of companies these BB are now useless and a waste of time, as the trend is clear a stock rises and then goes down, rent a mob turn up and post rubbish at both ends of the spectrum Too positive which in turn attracts the suspiciously negative posters. DYOR, invest, row you're own boat, job done !!
Just looked in -Oh Armageddon with a 0.28 finish. Some uneducated n—p-ties getting the warrants confused with placings and one tw—ink with over 12,000 posts talking about death spiral finance. You couldn’t make it up!Perhaps their misguidance could have an intentional element to it? Just musing lol.Not a bad day in essence peeps.Hold strong and be patient -just my take tho.
