George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
FireRing is at this stage a Coltan explorer which also has Lith potential. Both are in the process of getting shored up details wise via drilling and Coltan assays which are due back in Q1.
Within Cote, they can use 70 tonnes to export as samples. The company has stated openly that it plans to create a small plant in 18months to export Coltan under samples allocation raising some cash for further works. A larger plant is then planned.
Yea chat can be slow on here but sure it will get going as the stock becomes more well known.
In the mean there is some good balanced convos taking place on the TM Discord in the FireRing Chan.
Anyones welcome to join if they want.

I believe the reference here is to the attempts at Market Manipulation from EyeGuy.
Tbh, I've seen the over stated SP predications given too. Its not really anything different to a street con-artist to me.
Kodal as a stock has a lot going for it and as a long term investor the attempted pump and down wont affect by selling timeframes, but sadly, some will get suckered in.
A lot of the Lith stocks have held up well, although some have had very positive RNS's recently, which has helped too.
On a different note. Within this discord there is a dedicated FireRing chat section. Just click the link.
Its getting more active, which is good to see as I feel this stock is very much under the radar still.

Whole heartidly agree with the sentiment here and agree temp CEO needed, however we dont want to become a company which only has temp CEOs.
To be onboard however with my voting rights, I would want an explanation as to why Tim Yeo has held the temp position and not had anyone lined up after what 6 months of looking? Given we are paying Tim still I feel this point deserves an answer aka, what has Tim been doing on his hunt of a CEO or was he just trying to retain power himself.
Indeed it is often forgotton that BCN was a lot lower priced when Ganfeng first announced interest. The price rose a lot because of that. After the rise a lot up in arms that the offer wasnt a lot higher than the now (only because of offer) inflated price.
Why would any company offer 200% plus current market value to buy it? Most investors certainly wouldn't so why it is expected larger companies should is beyond me. Yes future earnings etc, but you still wouldnt pay to much over the odds.
To relate this to KOD, its why I dont want a takeover bid. Quick return yes but it will be a lot less than the dreamy figures which get thrown out there.
JV, fair enough if done right. Explorer to producer is where the real money is made.
I agree with Aspen and Daz on this. I understand that upon a sale he gets 50% off the bat of all targets however thats still 50% missing. If his only aim was a quick sell I would have imagined he would write up the deal differently i.e 100% if a TO or all at point of ML approval.
If a TO does happen I would imagine a min 20% SP mark up so while not the high price some want as a 10 year hold, its still a quick gain.
@Blue. I do agree there is many to learn and I hope the new CEO takes them onboard. I was a little conerned that the same mistakes were being made with HUI and having H Whites hands in both pies meaning the deal favours him however I do think H White has a good track record of getting things done.
I really dont see why we ever need to offer excusivity rights to anyone. Once our product is proven we shouldnt need to offer that. You like you buy.
100% agree. This aligns BOD (basically Bernie lol) and our needs.
Milestones are big so with each hit the SP should go a lot higher. For the full amount we need to be in full production.
If we got to full production within say 12 months and due to this the SP was over 1p as a conservative example I really dont care if BA pays himself 10 mil. As an investor, but more a trader my main aim is profits. SP high I am happy.
I believe the PEEL problem (if you could call it that) is that at the time it was the best viable option on the table. The company is now in a very different enviromemt largely because of a heightened public demand and awareness of the climate problem. I have no doubt if the tech was made today a raise for the FOAK unit would be straight forward.
I agree with Dr As view that PEEL will have that option noe removed due to legal paperwork.
We are, within the UK at PEELs mercy. Our own shareholder have even had to be diluted to help fund what really should have been PEELs duty and project.
Without PEEL we might not have made it to today as it provided PR and an investable company so it is a case of required evil if you will.
Short term not great. Longer term it is still in PEELs interest to advance forward, but dont expect lightening pace. Capexs are annual.
Outside the UK we should learn from this and not be offering out exsculivity to anyone or we will just be making the same problems elsewhere.
Instead of salary at 0.0031 is under 600k £ shares. That is then split out accordingly.
This was instead of salarys or as a part of them. It helps explain why cash flow has stayed around the same level.
Great price. Same for grants at 0.0036. Higher than todays price.
Both show confidence and nice to see not done at a discount (or not big). A rarity these days.
Very positive stuff to me.

I'm calling BS. Your story doesn't add up. You have inside info and made an account just to share with us strangers even though doing so is illegal and could get you a criminal record, you just had to be kind. A real Edward Snowdon on are hands here.
Kodal might get brought out but I dont believe your story.
Arguementative will be deamed fine. Abusive though isnt allowed. Lse will ban and does ban people who are offensive towards others. Its likely because of that and to be fair, I cant disagree with that. Arguing a point is very different from online abuse.
