Oversold ....
Chronically so tbh right now
Better no deals than bad deals...
Returning cash tells me there are no deals to be had. I am not sure how that will go down.
I would be fairly relaxed about AA`s motivation as apart from his personal i notice he b major stake in the business i notice he bought a further 150,000 at £3.26 fairly recently. Deals will be done and/or cash returns in due course
Macro events always trump gas/oil sectors/companies and sp's are affected accordingly as all markets and sectors have seen a drop over past week there is nothing Kist specific in the share price movement alone ....markets will test holders with low tolerance, it's what they do on occasions.
The price actions would indicate a problem somewhere really, although maybe the AA multiplier is no longer worth any value. Share price assumes he's thrown the towel in.
Has anyone else reached out to the company - they need to intervene to reassure the markets!

NoQuestionMarks,
You should email the cfo directly. His email address is listed at the bottom of several RNS filings, as well as the Dutch bond website filings, etc.
Now I see what you mean Suffolk!
You are right, the presentation of the interim report has only the front page uploaded
Good afternoon Suffolk,
All 24 pages of the interim report are viewable from my browser.
https://d1ssu070pg2v9i.cloudfront.net/pex/kistos/2023/09/28143952/Kistos-Holdings-plc-2023-Interim-Report-002.pdf
Hi NQM, the rumours I received come from the last Pareto event, in case you want to reduce the scope a bit. Again, it is not confirmed and they are speculations at this moment. I'm sure both Var and Kistos are working to get the project back on track. Nevertheless, the project has suffered many delays until now; the announcement of another delay should not surprise anyone after the recent (and hopefully last) announced CAPEX increase.
Hi all, I have also emailed the company to 1) ask for more clarity from management about their strategy going forwards. The market is missing this at the moment, so leadership need to come out with a public plan to help get us through this tough patch. If they don’t I worry this falls further 2) notify them that the interim report has only been saved on the site with the front cover - the remainder of the report is missing…
Good afternoon theshipscook1,
I don't expect to get a reply, I just hope they read their e-mails!
If they were not aware of rumours circulating this share chat forum regarding delays with the Jotun FPSO, they should be now.
One would think they will now act to see if there is any substance to the rumours and act accordingly.
I have chosen to trust the information provided by Var Energi on the 19th of September, and based on that, have added to my holding on the dip.

If anyone is going to say anything they hear, can they please just wait until Tuesday so we don't all wonder wtf just happened.
Tricky one...possibly a fair thing to do, but they won't reply, and more often than not ears to the ground do pick up info that isn't released. Timing on a Sunday was shambolic though
I have made the company aware of the rumours being circulated here by OilMan1984 and OGtourist with screen shots of the posts.
I find it hard to believe that the statement made by Var Energi on the 19th of September, just two weeks ago, could be so inaccurate.
I guess a lot of the situation isnt of his making, what he shouldn't have done is petulantly closed the door on any future UK north sea. imo. Makes buying any further stake in Total's assets more tricky, as it will come across as a u-turn. Viaro et al just go about their business quietly (granted they are private), but nevertheless....sigh
He is losing a lot of street cred at the moment
If only to stop the price dropping. It has become too easy to focus on the negatives here, and it's playing into the general apathy.
He needs to shut up some people who 'hear things'.
"There are people regularly visiting the yard with better information than Kistos receives from Var...."
Trust me, AA will be all over this is there is an issue, he will not let ANYTHING go.
Share price is dwindling into nothingness
