Well the market doesn’t seem to see it like you who keep promising it’s ‘nearly done’ here’s to more months of silence waiting for this bank settlement .
‘Awaiting comments’/ ‘to be signed’
That’s two very different outcomes and huge difference in amount of time that they will / might sign
Please report nick his just trying to disrupt the board, his shorting and now desperate and will keep posting nonsense
Indeed @tomcat. Make no mistake this could land at any time in the next few days or weeks, but it could be months too. But the project continues regardless, including "sufficient funding to complete the PFS" :-))))
Elephants don’t gallop
Yes 1 year ago he announced an agreement in principle , now it’s only just been sent to them for ‘comments’ , don’t forget the time they were about to sign but Covid rates got high in India and they had no staff
@Nick, I’d recommend you get checked out. I know many have found lockdown tough.

Lying ! really
1… 2… 1… 2… i hear here coughing… fat lady is clearing her throat… :)
Great news - although a somewhat muted market response . . . . so far.
'Fait accompli' - has already been stated by KM .....
I don't think they would have released the RNS with all that information unless they are very confident that the deal is done. ATB
"and at the time of writing, the final settlement is currently with the bank creditors for comment and/or approval.".
To my eyes, "at the time of writing" means the BoD are expecting the agreement to land imminently too. i.e. At time of publication this statement may not be true... Got to cover your backs with the RNS police ;-)
Indeed. Expecting continued meaningful news-flow from here. 20% news could come any day, at any time of day. Keep us on our toes!
I agree, done and dusted. ATB
‘ our iron ore stockpiles ‘
Nectar from the gods :)
Of this doesn't spell it out that the deal is down and dusted then I don't know what else does, amapa agreement news any day now, progress update on the works will be in the coming weeks and months, this will be a very busy period and constant news, things will move very fast now
"'On behalf of the Cadence Board, I am pleased to report solid operational progress at Amapa in regard to recommissioning work at the mine, port and railway. The ongoing sales from our iron ore stockpiles are providing sufficient funding to complete the PFS, along with some of the work required to bring the complete operation back to life.'
Our... Starting to believe yet? ;-)
News and updates in the coming weeks and months l believe predominantly relates to PFS ongoing work.
Bank agreement could be any day now!
“I look forward to reporting further progress to you in the coming weeks and months”
Think this refers to the rehabilitation process rather than the signing.
MBW, may start an incremental SP rise over the coming months . ATB
Great update, upwards and onwards….could be very good today :))
Cadence CEO Kiran Morzaria commented, 'On behalf of the Cadence Board, I am pleased to report solid operational progress at Amapa in regard to recommissioning work at the mine, port and railway. The ongoing sales from our iron ore stockpiles are providing sufficient funding to complete the PFS, along with some of the work required to bring the complete operation back to life.'
'We remain enthused by the opportunities and possibilities that a fully recommissioned Amapa mine will deliver, and I am delighted to see local contractors and companies already engaged with us to make it happen .'
'I look forward to reporting further progress to you in the coming weeks and months'.
