Today’s RNS is the best news we could have had at this stage.
It helps to further de-risk the Amapa project.
We should continue to see the sp re-rate to where we should be (.30p) and then significantly higher as the project progresses.
The deadline date for acquisition of the Gibraltar Stick Exchange was extended to today (28th Sept).
Have a gut feeling good news will follow Wednesday’s shares/investor meeting.
Too much reference to this meeting was made in yesterday’s RNS for there not to be good news.. imo
If the 40% rise prior to suspension is anything to go by, I reckon the reverse takeover will be a very good thing if it goes through as planned
So, clearly there is oil there. Just need to establish source, amount and permeability now.

Am l right in assuming KDNC would get around 18% if our JV was part of the deal?

KDNC is clearly undervalued.
I believe there will be a sell off of some assets and retain others. So potentially the chance of a short term payout to share holders, while having the option of keeping shares for future dividends.
I also believe there will be more than one suitor, with the potential of a bidding war.
As a long term holder (since REM days), although I don’t contribute often here, i am an avid reader of posts.
