This has confused me.
What message does this send out?
£5k worth of shares is nothing to KM.
Purchase suggests no imminent news.
Always good for a director to purchase shares.
Is 45454 relevant in any way?

Cadence is now primed for a buyout, and 25-30p is fair value at this stage.
However, l suspect there would be more than one suitor, which would undoubtedly drive the price up!

You don’t turn a small AIM listed company into a £100m+ company overnight.
Timing, planning and patience is needed.

I’m finding that I’m checking the sp every 30-45 mins in expectation of big rise and RNS.
Is this normal or am l becoming paranoid?

Getting a little worried as to the reason for the continued slide in the share price.
I really expected a RNS this week regarding the Amapa PFS.
I’m definitely not selling any shares as l still believe a re-rate upwards is due.
I just don’t get why the price is so low?

I’ve got a sense of guarded, nervous expectation.
I hoping this week will be enormous for Cadence.
So much positive news on the horizon.

If the last update is accurate, l reckon PFS will be released next week.
RNS’s released between Christmas and New Year tend to have less publicity.

Upon awaited news l intend to sell my shares in batches as the share price rises:-
50% @ 40p
20% @ 60p
15% @ £1
Then leave the last 15% for the ride!

Just 25 trading days before Christmas.
News is so close now.

They can have mine for £1.25

With only 34 trading days before Christmas, the window of opportunity for the long awaited PFS is getting shorter….. as is the opportunity to buy more shares at the current ridiculously low price.

I’m eagerly waiting for the next RNS, which should cause this share to re-rate significantly.

£5m is a good result. I remember Lenigas saying Hastings offered 100k for our 30% at one time

I wouldn’t be surprised if there were large buys trying to be filled, which might take some time, l mean who in their right mind would be selling after today’s RNS.
I suspect the sp will begin climbing later.

The placing could have been done after the 20% settlement had been completed.
But KM clearly wanted to get this done quick at a very attractive price for participants.
A bigger return for those involved in the placing.
But it does suggest the 20% settlement completion is VERY close…….. and moving to 27% is now s given.

So, £3.5m raised to obtain another 7% of an asset previously valued at $1.2billion. What’s not to like about that.
Must be confident of all us to going to plan.

Glad to hear that the settlement agreement is in “advanced stages” I suspect Kiran wants this done and dusted as quickly as possible.
