Bought £25k at 282 :-)
I may well be wrong, but after recent volume I don't think DSM can have many left to sell. At end Jan they had 415k, or 2.52%. Am just wondering if they wanted to close out by 31 March...financial year end. If so, then they would need to be out by tomorrow close. IMO DSM is only thing holding this share back, if I am right, would expect strong performance next week
Malco, in the weeks prior to yesterday's impressive figures, I noticed a number of institutional shareholders reducing their holdings. I suspect that the weakness in the shares yesterday reflected an ongoing overhang in what is an illiquid stock (like all AIM stocks). Have patience. This is a company going places, with very good growth prospects and with further contracts likely to be signed with the transport operators, a new record high should be seen before too long.
Good presentation team seem very confidant with more wins in contract pipeline, start of expansion plans into Europe, and revenue target of 100m to be achieved in coming years.
Investor meet starts in 3 mins
Forecast is 22.1p so its 12.4x P/E
This growth company is undervalued on a P/E of 15.
Malco. Lots of companies go negative when results are released. The results are good, but the market was told they were going to be good before hand and as such were not a big surprise. Hope that gives you some reassurance.
After those excellent results any idea why the share price is heading negative?.
Have I missed something?
Why on earth would you want to sell?
Buy high, sell low?
Impossible to sell as little as 500, have to sit and suffer
Prospective get a good write up today on the BBC site. Stagecoach use them and their AI generated / collected data. I can't find who own Prospective are there any links with journeo? If not time we did some JV's or just take them over!
Journeo doing some steady work though.
..... what's going on. Friday was a massive jump in price and volume. No RNS or other news! Takeover??

Journeo PLC released their final result for the year end 2022. The revenue increased substantially from 2021: £15.6m to 2022: £21.1m which is a solid 35%. The underlying profit before tax doubled to £1.2m (2021: £0.6m). The cash and cash equivalents at 31 December 2022 £0.5m (2021: £1.1m) & Diluted earnings per share was 9.80 pence (2021: 4.46 pence). The company is growing and gained profits. Took company over a year but has just broken last year’s all time high share price. Definitely a company to invest in but would be wise to wait for a pullback. BUY...

Your story mimics mine…almost 100%. From owing shares in TOA (since around 1998) to what it is today. Like you, thought of selling many times and then just couldn’t be bothered. Happy to see them trying to expand the business and do a solid job. Cheers!
a niche market company making very good progress. not going to be in the ftse 100 but a steady, well run company with progressive management - good luck to the team. good progress from the old toad, retro fitting radios in cars. most people are not old enough to remember that type of business. digital display updates of live info - not sexy but used by us all daily. good luck to lth's. I hold a very few shares never been worth selling and not good enough to buy more until last week. now no funds to buy more - never mind. seasons greetings
Hopefully now that dog of a share has done its bounce they might move over at some point :).
I mean its kind of all in there in the RNS haha...
i did look at this but i didnt relly get what these guys do so i left it
Because everyone piles in SENS drop way over sone
People arent all over this with that RNS and the market cap!

Share price saying new orders on the way. Interesting to see what Q2 delivers, could be anything from Railways, Buses, Airports or joined up journeys. All these sectors are primed to rocket. In an odd way the risk is that they all take off on a parallel timescale and company runs out of capacity. Broker says 'fair value' 150p per share but he also said that any new orders will make him revise the company value higher. Great company very well managed.
Great article.
One more good news and we will be £1.5 per share
