Assume any significant news at AGM would require RNS.. would be good to see set of clear realistic milestones again
Well, good for you Sen. As ,TBH, you have been a bit of a arse of late. No disrespect to you personaly, as I toyally respect you as a LTH, but your posting style has changed to the detriment of what came before. Yes, we are all dissapointed with how long this has taken. But we should not pick fights with each other whilst we await the final outcome.
Regards, Si.
On reflection I would like to apologise for the gratuitous offence I offered you in my recent posts. It was unjustified and unmerited. Go well.
Yes, spelling is not my strong point but most understand what I write, as for investing knowledge I have pobably forgot more than you have managed to remember. I would not reply to your posts if you did not write stupid statements like: "infa have 6 weeks to find £3.5m" and the company will not be worth £25m ("dont hold your breath for 0.7"). If you posted the truth I would not bat an eyelid as I am aware most are frustrated. Sorry not on the dole I was lucky enough to retire 17 years early.

Appreciate the effort and look forward to see what the BOD have to say for themselves. Far too often PI's are taken for sheep that are ten a penny, easily replaced by the next crop to get sheered. There are a lot of decent guys in here and put simply JW owes them answers.
The dilution, missed timelines and moving of the goal posts has done little to boost credibility.

Hi all. Look forward to meeting a few LTHs at the AGM tomorrow. How many usually attend? Be my first one as started investing just under a year ago. Averaged down to between 0.6p and 0.8p in my ISA and SIPP, so a little out of the money but still very hopeful for a better year this year and to be in profit in the not too distant future! Catch up tomorrow folks. Regards.
I am attending and will share my notes over the weekend.
The spelling is letting you down again. We certainly know you're not an accountant. My impression is that you're on the dole. You spend so much time posting here. Sixteen ,mostly irrelevant ,posts yesterday. Buy a few shares, man. That'll give you something to post about. Or maybe you should spend some of your posting time trying to improve your appalling grasp of of spelling and syntax, not to mention your low level of investment knowledge. Now you've wasted enough of my time .
Eu funds we need them dont suppose brexit has helped as eu fluffing about . Questions to be asked tmw at agm
You and me both!
Blinking flip, I hope we are not waiting beyond the end of 2020 for the elusive EU funds!
or the 31/12/2020 whichever is sooner. so thats just a £1.8m exageration of the £3.5m you posted? I hope your not an accountant!
Quite right , about £1m too much.
Tango, Costain is due when the EU funding is paid.
I agree with that post Setanta apart from the 3.5mill figure and the 6 week timescale
I don't know that saying? If you are so fed up with INFA sell up and move on as your negativity does nothing for anybody (unless you think people actually care that you are upset and it makes you feel better to post your negative unfactual drivel). nobody on this board can change anything, so the only thing you achieve is to potentially prevent potential PI's from investing.
But would love to know there cash balance as atm hand w must be eating a lot . THANK GOD MY EYES ARE a little better . Whats the use of money if i cant see
Costain is due 31/12/2020!
Good to see that some knowledgeable and long term holders will be attending tomorrow. At the moment there is a pressing need for clarity in relation to the financial situation. Within the next six weeks or so INFA has payments due of over £3.5M. The suggestion is that the outstanding amount due to Riverfort will be amortised over a longer period and I presume some arrangement will be made to defer the Costain payment. The balance of the H&W payment is also due.
Thw BOD has spoken about negotiating a further "asset backed loan". What that entails I'm not sure. Perhaps droderick could enlighten us ? Or perhaps JW could be more transparent in relation to debt at the AGM !
INFA clearly has huge potential but the SP is sinking under the weight of dilution. The paltry SP gains are immediately lost by selling. Could that be the yo yo affect Blair Peach predicted some time ago?
We have had very little unequivocal good news for a long time. One has the impression that the company is relying in future government grants. The problem with that is that grants are notoriously unreliable,(as we know from the long awaited EU grant).
So we must hope that the attendees tomorrow will be able to elicit so really good news.
GIVE NEW CEO 5 MINS then buy some shares . Is our next riverfort conversion getting extended as due in two weeks AND MORE DILUTION
Exactly I would also like to see him dip his toes into the water with a share purchase?
Mr T
If I was the new C'man with a strong shipping background, I would want to hot the ground running next Monday eg I would not have taken the job unless I could bring H & W work to the table...fingers crossed next week
Even if the gas storage failed , I'm convinced it won't we have h&w ,
As I have said the amount the ii coughed up this must be a winner .
About this time last year infa fell flat , I am sure they had internal disagreement.
No ml for a start , that should have been dealt with moons ago. ,
I hope jw cam put some positive milestones out again and not become the king of fob off
I unfortunately am travelling with work so cant make it but one question for the AGM is H&W have so far had limited work with the ferries but unless something large drops pretty quickly how is Infa going to pay to keep this going as work to cover costs is not seeming to be forthcoming - the IM works are a good while away from keeping self sufficient (financing still not finalised for a few months so thats not going to keep H&W busy etc etc) and as we know funds are on on emergency drip with £550k due in 14 days -
...and there is a more pertinent saying . If you don't know what you're talking about and you're an ignorant bufoon who can't spell or write the Queens English don't post. Take the advice!
Dawski. Would you be good enough to raise the euro funds, I not happy about those , it's ridiculous it's taken so long , thanks
