We saw a 46% rise in the share price yesterday and yet some people appear a little frustrated because we have not seen a large rise in the SP again today. Yet if we had gone up 23% yesterday and a further 23% today everyone would have been happy. Strange. My advice would be patience, patience patience. We will know a lot more about where the future of this company lies in the not too distant future. Personally, I think things are looking very positive and I will certainly be holding on to my shares .
Hopefully tomorrow we see our rise!!
no cliff edge here fat boy 97 we on a rollercoaster enjoy the ride fella
there is no gap at 7p. the only gap was at 8.7p and thats filled. So nothing dragging this down to the placing price anymore.
He isn’t
@ mrjango - which L2 platform are you looking at?
Nope I'm still in, averaged down slightly to 10p.
I'm positive for the company, just didnt think a TO was likely. If it does happen then great I'm sure we PI's will do nicely from it. On the other hand if there isn't a TO then I think the outcome will still be explosive for us PI's once the different glabal juggernauts start paying for licenses etc
they are going to have to do a lot more than shake if they have 34k buys like that on the books to fill.... they better add rattle and roll to their repertoire of shareholder takedowns.
imo.
£34 k buy just showing
Cliff edge
8.4 auction
8.4 to buy now. Disappointing to see this today!
MM's are shaking for all their worth today. They want the loose money out before the big one :)
bit of a bouncy ride....
if what they have developed becomes fundamental to a super major pharma co then a t/o would be inevitable, in my opinion.
I'm wondering what your point was searching back through all my posts and copy / pasting that into a post. What is it you are saying? Since you went to the effort to do it, you must have a reason?
Whats your point Dr Anomaly? I changed my mind, I still hold and am waiting to be the big winner as my previous post said.
So what?
I f not a takeover what will be the next shot up the backside for HEMO
Iceman, you buy them out you get alot more than Hemo, you get the chance to lock out the competition from buying Hemo lol.
Sometimes being a block to your competition is just as valuable ;-)
My personal view is that someone will buy them out. Its best to buy them out then pay many times the market cap for their technology.
What do you get when you buy HEMO? I think the key will be the staff's.....knowledge....research...LOYALTY .
There could be a Takeover, maybe not this year.
At the end of the day if Vlad accepted an offer, he would no longer have the
distraction of running a quoted company.
With licencing from majors it doesn't really matter, we should see a significant uplift
in the sp over a longer timeframe than would be the case if a bid came.
'simple novation of contracts' - you're showing your naivety there mate.
I would love a bidding war blah blah and a great buy out ... got to be realistic it wouldnt be a straight forward scenario.
Might be better anyway to stay as HEMO and have licence agreements with multi global PHARMAs, that way your not just tied to one.
'Cant see it, in with to many massive companies, what would J&J do if Lilly bought HEMO?'
Agree.
Also cannot see a takeover based on the same thought as HEMO also have what J&J want and HEMO seem to be a company more interested in the Scientific breakthroughs, and not solely money driven. But everyone has their price.
If both want HEMO, then could it spark a bidding war? Interesting times ahead.
Would not be surprised to see another RNS land today after 3pm, or sometime this week.
There will be no take-over here. The real IP here is Vlad and the team. They hold enough shares to stave off a take-over. If he wanted it then it would be done already. We will make more money in the long term w/o a t/o.
All imo...onwards and upwards.
Eli Lilly kept their interest under the radar....I would say that
HEMO features very strongly in their future plans....did not
want to let their rivals know what was developing.......They
know as HEMO becomes more successful interest will rise......
JHFH what would happen to J&J, Org etc .... any buy out would need agreed with them guys given HEMO have existing arrangements with them. Not sure that could work given rights to the IP
