PVI1 - Thats a record timing straight in the green bin
the doors- 100% agree with you
Some people on here are great at spotting the ones with gold (lol) teeth and flick knives but less adept when they are wearing dinner jackets
@jack
Your response to my comment on abuse of another poster reveals you for what you clearly are - a sophisticated disruptor. I make that contention based on the frequency of your posts and the relentless picking off of reasoned posts.
Know your limits - posting valuable information or a thesis that engenders debate (even if we all differ or disagree) HAS to be done without abuse or derision.
The LSE GGP board was here long before you and was collegiate and largely good natured. Let’s agree to have a board now that is respectful of differences and courteous.
Hi Speedie.
No expert, but as in discussions with TMT a while back. I think this got far ahead of itself. Got overbought to 38p.
Sentiment went after Scally was ramped up, but hasn't as yet delivered. Also no share goes up and up - we'll very very few.
This one's in a correction and unloved phase, rightly or wrongly. There are other ops based on the coming Green revolution. So money is being competed for, and at the present time it's not coming here.
I have kept a hardcore investment here, and will see how the upgraded MRE and PFS affect that.
But I do recognise I have been lucky and have a low average in the 4p area. Many have not been so fortunate in their investment timing, and a few on here need to remember that IMO.
Cheers.
Strummer, Jack is a good poster,no doubt.Today has not been his best and the comments I very much disagree with.

Hi Strummer. Debate is important in finding reality, what is your views on what has happened in the last 6 months? ATB Speedy
Viking.
There is a world of difference between trolls who come on here to gratuitously make mischief, and the likes of JackTheBear, who think for himself and question where we are here. Just like everyone saluting the flag, his is an opinion and worth thinking on, especially given what's happened in the last 6 months IMO.
Cheers.
Hi Bamps, i dont look at brokers reports since my GKP days, i remember Cannacord down grading the SP from 3.87 bps to 2.0 bps and 3 months later they let out that Kosel had sold 12000000 shares at 3.85bps, its who is paying the fiddler same as so called scientists who make statements i look for who is paying them for the research. I prefer to do my own research and calcs and to check who is in the ball park and so far Bamps is the nearest to mine and mine is much higher for GGP in the long term. Check my previous notes on how much. Keep up the good work mates. Ciao DM
Jack, for me and no doubt so many, Bamps is the best poster on this forum. Disappointing to read your comments, seems you are on a mission this morning.

Has almost got to being an Echo Chamber on this board with LTH's damning the agenda of anyone who says anything negative about this stock. Everyone's entitled to their own holding whether it be a short term trade or long term goal and they are are fully entitled to criticize and cast doubt over an SP that's been dwindling for the past 6 months. The results have been excellent and apart from Scally is progressing well on all fronts. Let's just not get trapped into a pit of toxic positivity where no one is able to have an opinion, just becomes dangerous.
Jackthebear. I found your post way off the mark . Bamps has given his advice freely and no doubt you have benefited from it. You should be thanking him rather than deriding him imo
Cmon @jack, no need for petulance
Everyone who shares calcs here advances the debate even if you don’t appreciate it
No criticism from me Bamps. Keep up the good work.
"At least I know the difference between a strike length and a target!"
Good one Bamps :-))
I don’t need to justify my calculations to anyone.
I lay out the facts and the way I’ve gone through the steps.
It’s obvious to me that some posters would eventually give me abuse for doing so.
I don’t have to do it and I might keep them to myself in future.
Points re Broker valuations
Hannam note is 5 months out of date so not really relevant to the new information we have
Canacord modelling appears to be using a rule of thumb technique which there are a few different ways of valuing a mines volume.
I don’t listen to anyone, I don’t have clients money to look after, I just look at facts and figures.
Hannam first note the volumes were way higher than mine and I did get some stick but they used grades that were way to high at the time and they had to retract them. My figures were a lot closer than there’s.
Canacord have not used forward assumptions on the bottom ovoid which have been published.
My calculations may be not be accurate but they appear to get closer to reality than others.
Which other miners board has anyone producing their own detailed calculations, not many.
At least I know the difference between a strike length and a target!
Seems it can and will keep falling for a while.

Jack and the CEO of Artemis reckons 20m Oz at Hav . (At the moment) . I am sure he has more info than the brokers !
Broker Notes are not created for retail investors, that's a fact. They are for private clients which is why 90% of the time they don't get released to us and we have to find them through other sources.
Pay attention to the professionals, Banks and insurance houses have ripped people off for years.
Jack I didn't mention any names, but I know who is worth reading posts from, bamps has years of experience behind him, and yes his calcs could be out, but I bet they are in the ball park. All other stuff I take the parts that can be checked, not just generally accepting everything, same with broker notes !
Brokers note's
Always leave something in the box who paying your wages?
@JtheB
I thought the Hamman note was a particularly poor example of a generally shoddy set of publications. Attributing a value of millions to other nearby GGP tenements when not one drill had even broken the top soil was just idiotic In my mind - I presume the intern left shortly after writing that broker's note.
Over the years I have always asked myself "who paid them to write this?" when I find myself reading brokers' notes. If you approach them with the view that someone else wants you to buy or sell using your money not theirs, then that is a good starting point.
Jack everyone knows brokers are conservative whether it's 25p or 33p it makes no difference. And no not every one ticks up people because of who they are ( we don't really know them ) but we do see what they post becoming reality .. that's the difference.
I think some on here see a posters name and give an instant tick up regardless. Didn't a few of these tick collectors profess to knowing big news was going to drop in the latest NCM update and the reality was....
Couldn't have said it any better myself Hydro, great post ..
