Hi Floater,
The other night was not the NCM AGM - that is in November.
MH
I look forward to seeing you ( and Lady ) Mush,- but do try and behave your self this time.
As you say, I am probably bored, have absolutely nothing more that I can add to the board ( other than to straighten out some of Jerry's thinking ) , and this is neither the time or place for it.
Have done all the hard work now, and just need an evening of relaxed discourse with some intelligent beings, large glass in hand, Panama holding the other hand, with the hoped for knowledge that Scally is looking good ,and the SP has just edged past 20p.
But I do have to find something to fill up the hollow hours over the next 10 days, whilst I continue to sit on Paddys hands.

Hi speedie
SB had mentioned Telfer to remain a Tier 1 asset. If extended it still hasn't got 10 years left, it can only remain a Tier 1 with Havieron, so to my mind SB needs Havieron and quickly to keep Tier 1 status.
Hi Mush. See you there. ATB Speedy
Hi Speedy, That's kind of what I said several months ago and was advised that SB would NEVER do such a thing! It would not be professional. Yeah right! I think hydrogen mentioned yesterday that SB had to find a good balance between bigging up Telfer and acknowledging the role Havieron will have for future production but without glorifying it too much (and therefore having to pay more for it?)
Regarding a certain 'quietening' of the board I believe it is down to the fact that we have discussed all 5732 permutations for what will happen to GGP over the next three years. Don't worry. It will be round of repeats soon haha!
Look forward to seeing some of you again on 26th. I am booked into the Stag with Lady Kate Mush.
Hi All. Telfer needs HAV. S.B. was playing down that need saying Telfer can extend its profitability by processing low grade ore with higher POG. This is exactly how he should be playing it prior to a buy up of Hav, no point in paying $2bill if he can get away with $1bill. ATB Speedy.
I don't think there is anything wrong with the board and I think it was maybe a general tiredness of the amount of posts and reading required on the board yesterday and no buzz because the share price went down after some people thought it would go up maybe 15-30%.
There was big build up of expectancy running up to the NCM agm and even though Hav was mentioned a few times, and referenced in the AGM presentation, there was a sound of frustration in the analysis of some of the many posts here yesterday. I think some were expecting Hav to be centre stage and somehow this would spark a huge interest in GGP and push the SP up.
I wasn't expecting anything different from NCM; yes Hav is and will be important to them but they have working mines, loads of other exploration sites (in several countries) and a huge workforce which obviously affects their income and cash flow and their first duty is to deliver value for NCM shareholders, not GGP - I do think some people overlook this.
GGP has a great future; imho we've just got to learn to be patient and not get too over excited on the run up to announcements or results. Obviously some people will have a different opinion.
Wasred.. mostly at the weekend we get the idiots saying this and that with no facts or just playing on people's nerves. Seen it a lot and just add them to the sin bin with the other muppets. Rampers derampers top up ers who really sell on news
Hi Mapp. If you cant spot the patsy at the table, then you are it. ATB Speedy
I look at the price occasionally and do not worry but feel like a dare devil
having bought ROCK which was recommended on this board and has gone
down since. Muppet Investors get carried away and get caught on spikes when
shares are pumped by PRO traders who expect a fall and play it both ways.
Take care, life is not fair.
No worries Debcashew, we all understand part of you is a bit nutty. Lol,Stay Safe.
Good post tho mate!
Only my opinion of course, but there would appear to be some subtle de-ramping going on. I hope this BB, normally fair, reflective, and positive, is not going to go the way of so many other BBs in the hopeful search for the filthy lucre. Stay Safe.
Addicknt - Exactly. The share price is an indicator of the market value of the company's equity worth. It is the market capitalisation of the company as valued by the market that is of importance
A share price is never low nor high, it just is at any point in time
And never put all your eggs in one basket. You'll regret it, I did though I believe you can over-diversify and hold too many positions at one time
Cage, the share price isn't low - the company is valued at about £500m which, for where we are now, is fairly priced.
As for eggs in one basket, you're right - you shouldn't.
Unfortunately I can't really make a constructive contribution to the sometimes overwhelming mass of information that appears here but I do appreciate it. I did enjoy seeing my GGP turn green however, even if it was only for a day. I'm considering topping up Monday if the SP remains low but a tad concerned about keeping all my eggs. (well, most of them), in one basket.
Keep up the good work all!
