I’ve Had a email reply today from GH:
‘I should have never let David batty take that final penalty’
It’s what comes from working for an American company in the uk. You get the treat of balancing your q4 twice. Lovely.:-(
Bennytee71, you are recommending that people link to an unsafe, virus laden, malicious-user site.
I suggest that nobody clicks on the link.

Ha, true Bellers - in my head I still imagine December - hopefully if we are waiting for December, we'll have some good Scallywag news in the meantime!
Sorry, I’m on the American q4
Loogylogbot, could be fairly short wait. Quarter 4 starts in October. :-)
The end game is us finding gold as apparently we haven’t yet. There was always gnna be a retrace, glad we’ve held above 20p to be honest, only trade I’ll be doing is adding more, the rest of the year shall be very positively news rich.
Apologies for the following rambling. The big news I await ( like many ) is the first formal resource estimate - and we've been told that this is going to come in the final quarter of the year. Looking at the six month graph of this share price, it is amazing. The GDXJ has been one of the only things in the last few months to make it spike a little, but it's underlying trajectory is still pretty much as was. Going back to the resource estimate, I keep having to tell myself that this is a very short amount of time now. The point of the question is what's the end game? For me, despite what we already know about Havieron we are still uncovering new finds. I think the SP still has some legs despite momentum being knocked at the moment. I have a target price before I start doing anything with my shares and the resource estimate will probably indicate to me whether that is achievable. I've not as many shares as many - my target wouldn't allow me to leave work immediately but would probably mean I could retire a good few years early.
The end game? Hmmm much higher than the current price for me.
The share has attracted, as ever, a number of short term investors: People who would appear to gamble wearing the same 1000 yard stare as 'that bloke' in the pub pushing fivers into the fruit machine again.
It's too easy. Freetrade and the like encourages simple 'push button' trading; in and out without any real commitment.
People have sold during the downturn. Quite a number of
people it would seem. Many will have lost money but will climb back on board when the share soars again, without really knowing why.
All this is conjecture btw. Could be nonsense. Could be down to the 'man'.
Anyway, onwards and upwards! (Or maybe sideways for a bit!)
I'm not one of the LTHers I presume you addressed this to, but it's a great question, and something to day-dream about for a bit of positivity (if it's needed!).
When I first bought in (at 14p) I figured 28p was my target - I'd withdraw my initial investment and let the rest have a free-ride until such time as I needed the extra money. As I spent time on here and researching (something that should prob be done before investing rather than after!) I became more and more convinced that we're onto a good thing.
Since then I have sold every other share I held (turned to to be decent timing) and put it into GGP. I've also added on falls and have gotten to the point where I have £30k in at an average of 19p. I feel pretty exposed, as I'm going against the golden rule of diversification, so seeing profits falling from £12k to £6k in the space of a few days hasn't been comfortable to watch. I seen the rise and fall coming, and I actually tried to set a limit sell order on my initial investment at 28p but it didn't go through. By the time I could sell it had fallen back to 24p and I didn't really expect it to go much lower than that.
What I have taken from this week however is lessons learnt. I don't know the next time I'm going to be in the same situation again, but with hind-sight I feel that the sp movement was actually pretty predictable. Next time I will see it clearer. What I also think is predictable however is another big gap up on some positive news. The GDXJ was way over-hyped, novices and traders came to play - traders made some good money, notices got burnt and have likely mostly sold up now. Now that the GDJX carry on seems to have passed, we can get back to how things were previously, only now secure in the knowledge that lots of shares are in sticky hands.
To take something positive from the last few days, hopefully all the weak holders are now flushed out or have researched and strapped themselves in. Hopefully we'll not now see another sell-off again when the Johnny-come-latelies finally break even at 25p again.
Here you go.

American markets taking a beating, no idea where this will go this week .. fingers crossed it’s up !
Not sure where the link is.
Is that through Ggp help spymaster ? Having been here since pre Newmont days I would appreciate the ongoing value of informed contributors
chopper, we have been lucky finding GGP which has made many
of us rich . Many other shares are not as predictable and
newcomers need to be warned. I am a switched on Grandma of 84 who lives
in Corona isolation at present. AIM profits finance my cruising which is not
allowed. Keep smiling.
I think you will find a lot of the LTH have decided to frequent the telegram group as this board started to turn to rat schit. At least that can be self regulated so you don't wade through reams of rubbish.
Next target is 30p.
To all you lth's (too many to mention!, you know who you are)who have kept this board afloat with news and valuable technical information. My humble hat is lowered in recognition of your time and effort you've given to us, thankyou.
I'm not a big holder, but every red day dinks my wallet the same as everyone else. Been in since 2.8p, and topped up all the way to present when i have the opportunity. I had set a price of 20p in which I would bale out, that turned to 27p after the rise to 18p. Now my hands are up in the air wondering what would be a new sensible sell price? 42p would pay for a few Bill's, and new car ( well nearly new picasso, not aston Martin) 55p would do all that plus take the family on a one in a lifetime holiday to Disney Florida. 75p would allow me to pay off my mortgage and build a deluxe mancave in the garden! Then theres my ultimate, 93p... this would be enough to buy a long dreamed about campervan to tour around Britain!
Yeah I'm dreaming of better days that this week but I do think there possible, anyone else have a sell price in mind? Dreaming of a new Ducati?, a tour of oz maybe?
