Since 14th Sep when GFIN confirmed only 9,050,000 warrants remain the total volume traded has been 25,000,000
If only 1/5th of that has been warrant sells then there will be only around 4m warrants left. I agree with you Shandypants2, definitely on fumes now and have been watching the trades closely over the past couple of weeks, been quite a few 500k share dumps and definitely more than 1 1m dump.
Astounding that we've all-but have churned through 225m 1 warrants in the past 12 months and the share price is up 37%, just goes to show the underlying strength of buying here.
Hi shandypants2, on 14th Sep gfin announced there were 9,050,000 warrants outstanding, i've been clocking the sells since then and I think the bulk of the 250k plus sells are all warrants, just because they're nice round numbers which somebody offloading in blocks would sell in. there's been a few 500k plus ones as well.
Volume traded since 14th Sep has been 25m upto and including right this minute:-
66,651
2,828,901
3,441,709
3,406,171
948,237
1,495,816
2,252,909
1,998,349
1,808,791
2,096,427
4,668,482
25,012,443 TOTAL (sum of the above).
So even if we said 1/5 of that was warrant sells, that's 5m leaving approx 4m left to go. The GFIN sale price will be on for another 2-3 weeks maximum, we can all then sit comfortably with our cheap shares and watch the money come rolling in.
Conviction and patience
late trade from Friday was 1m shares at 4p - looks like another lot of warrants being exercised. Must be on fumes by now
Based on current rate we're getting through these warrants it'll be another 5 weeks max before they're all gone.
Genuinely be using the next few weeks to accumulate as many as I can. This is by far my most confident investment.
the sooner these warrants are gone the better.
YE numbers in Oct and a positive forward looking statement should do wonders for the share price. GDM progress and potential is not currently factored into the SP IMHO.
Thanks pokerchips
So we must either have a big buyer in the background (though I would have expected a TR1 by now given 3% is the reporting threshold and there has been over 210m shares dumped) or, all these shares really are being bought up by PI's... Amazing if that is the case as 210m shares at say an average of 4p a share equates to around £8.5m of buys by PI's... of course this is on top of other PI buying as well

CANACCORD - looks like an update as a result of the placing....they have increased their holding and notified once the placing new placing shares entered the market yesterday
Looks like the warrant sells are being mopped up by Canaccord - encouraging!
You are right the price has held remarkably round this level, considering the warrants.
After October we should see a very exciting six months as the asset acquisitions get integrated and GDM really gets moving forward. More rev equals more bolt on acquisitions and more organic growth. Virtuous circle.
If volume and selling continues as it has been for past 4-6 weeks, the remaining warrants will be gone. Last few weeks imho to buy around these levels.
Broker target 8.6p remember and that's before the latest 2 acquisitions
Here we have it in black and white then, the number of outstanding warrants in the Company has reduced to 9,050,000 as of today.
So in this past year we have churned through over 211,000,000 1p warrants. Imagine now where the SP would be without that churn because that's where we're headed
https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/quote/GFIN.L/history?p=GFIN.L
Since start of August, so past 6 weeks, there has been a total of 60,827,508 shares traded. Have to be there or there abouts with the warrants now, last few days some big dips down to 4p gives me the impression our sellers are dumping their last few
as of 6 or so weeks ago there were less than 20m warrants left - this was confirmed via Investor Relations. Trading volumes were quite high last few days so it looks like a figure is even lower now.
The placing was at 1.2% discount to the price at the time, from memory they were issued at 4p a share so whether we see a dip below that or not is questionable as why would people buy them at 4p and sell below that only a few weeks later/
it may not seem like the SP is performing that well but all I have seen now for months is relentless selling, hundreds of thousands of shares sold in blocks. Each of those sells is also a buy remember so for the SP to be even at the current level is nothing short of remarkable. There is very strong underlying interest and buying in this stock and I truly believe it's a gift to be able to accumulate at these levels.
Once the warrants are finished with, the buying pressure will take over and then as we start to rise that will bring in a new wave and type of investors/traders and the cycle feeds itself. With regular newsflow from the company also and improving accounts, this is only going one way. Absolute nailed on multi-multibagger.
Growing users and growing revenue per user in a sector which is booming as well, couldn't ask for anything better imho.
Is it safe to assume we’ll see a dip after the 13th when these new shares hit the market? I can’t see a retrace below late 3s of anything. Likely to then bubble up through Oct, and when trading interims are released and warrants go (both in Oct) we should see a punch above the clouds? Thoughts?
More likely to be placing shares as brokers allowing the sale once the AGM RNS was published
Another 1.8m gone as well
Hmm. SP is holding nicely, will see what happens on 13 sept.
Talking of warrants, a 600k lump just went through at 4.00p
We know from 2020 accounts there were 725m shares in issue here and 204m warrants outstanding. We've had regular updates showing how many sizeable warrants have been exercised but nothing showing what is outstanding.
As per the RNS just released, on Monday GFIN will have 1,084,513,248 shares in issue = approx 360m difference.
82.5m of these were part of the stockinformer acquisition and placing I believe so that leaves 275.5m
Has anybody kept an ongoing log of how many shares we've given away as part of the other acquisitions we've made at all?
I'm wondering how many warrants are left, I think we're there or thereabouts now surely.
Will the company RNS it when all warrants have expired or been exercised?
