Binned us without warning on the 24th Dec 2018.
Woodford is another tragedy but he is holding on to his stables, etc. while his
Broker carries on as usual. The City is out of control.
Survival of the most brutal Thugs. Investors are belittled .
They didn't delist purposely he lied, the NOMAD binned us.
Seingrad: "Now we hear in an interview that apparently Frr delisted deliberately ,without consulting shareholders."
They had to do something quickly and drastically to save the company. This actually heartens me to certain extent.
They are prepared to do anything to save the company.
I understand "anything" can be taken as a negative as well but my glass is half full :-)
Ears.unfortunately,Frr defaulted and the CEOs have also defaulted on their personal guarantees in regard to Shares to omf and their own lawyers payment plan .I don't believe any judge or jury can back that.doesnt imply trustworthiness .irrespective of your feelings about omf, they had an agreed contract with signed resignation papers in the event of default.
Now we hear in an interview that apparently Frr delisted deliberately ,without consulting shareholders.
Johnnybbad - If SH/O already have a large cache of shares, then you're quite right, they definitely shouldn't have any more. In the back of my mind, however, I had a vague memory from some time ago of a post listing the largest FRR shareholders, pointing out that Hope was not even on the bottom rung of that list. On that basis, even 500m would take him nowhere near a majority holding (I'm not sure what percentage of the total 500m would be - but it would be considerably less than that of SN, or that of ZM or that of the combined total of the PIs). However, on reflection, I did sound too blase.
I would like to emphasise that SH/O are a horrible group, a danger to this company and are best kept as far away from it as possible. I am very much opposed to them having any shares. However, if their holding stayed at 'only' 500m, it wouldn't present an immediate problem. The company would be behaving stupidly if they accepted a loan note or any other formal contract from them, whether they were share holders or not.
I raised my concerns regarding YA loans on UKOG last night and some started "troll" type remarks.
Seems some folks are happy with the way they operate.
Wonga, huh, pussy cats!
24th of December 2018 . Every trade should be traced?
If that is not possible one has to question AIM.
The irony if YA and their death grip actually became our saviour and dishes the dirt on hope. YA got off sooo lightly that it raises eye brows about what info exchanged hands
Insider Information at it's worst. 24th December is very, very
brutal and has been torture since.
NOMAD found it unacceptable and FRR was delisted,
24th December 2018 . What are they hiding? WHO went short?
WHO knew? Who ought to go to prison?
Maybe they needed discovery to prove it!
5 Mill each day shortly before closing time. These trades
were suspicious and nobody seemed to know the seller?
If Zaza and Steve had evidence of that the non fiduciary duty would be a slam dunk ....
That would be sweet, so sweet ....
What if sh has already forward sold them shares that's why hes desperate. Could this be what zaza has been going after the smoking gun. Before delisting there was many blocks of shares being sold in the millions I wonder....
The GG wouldn’t allow hope or any other company to waltz in
But as you were pointing out hope tried to take the company over - the GG would deal with him in the scenario because it would still be frontera resources - just god forbid it never happens - under the guidance of hope rather than zaza and SN
Not that would be a date worse than 10 months of radio silence wouldn’t it.
Pophead: haven't seen any evidence of debts being paid alas; and there could be other reasons for YA not suing us. I also would have thought that if we were producing like Zaza said in his interview there would be some positive signs on social media. My guess is all is quiet on the wells front. So am hoping that the company can survive long enough to get the Hope actions sorted and then do a deal with a major for our asset.
But, as always, pure speculation.
ODR if we are producing enough to pay the debts and have the necessary bargaining power to have a future then surely ZM and SN would just squeeze HOPE when it comes to an ADR. They would want to take the case all the way to conclusion with a jury. On the other hand Business has no place for personal vendettas so maybe a deal through ADR will win out for all in the end. It all comes down to one thing and that is do we have the money, are we producing enough to survive and to negotiate our way out of this now 3 pronged legal battle with arbitration thrown in as well for good measure. Have to believe that if we were not producing then we just could not be where we are now, it’s very unpleasant from where we are but there is still life in this and hope for all LTHs.
Tsbs: my guess is that all will be sorted when the ADR is sorted (if it is). This action is purely Outrider applying pressure on SN to get a better outcome in the ADR.
Bwtfdik
I've been thinking about SH/O's share grab. Of course, the chances are that, for one reason or another, it will not succeed. If it does not, and the shares remain with SN and ZM, this posting will be irrelevant. But the implications of the share grab's success are interesting.
With 500 million shares, it would mean that every time there was a 1p dividend, or a future Sp rise of 1p, they would gain 5 million pounds in value. If the SP rose to over one pound, that gain would be half a billion pounds. (Bear in mind that Outrider's total current value is significantly less than 100 million). SH/O's original intention was clearly to take ownership of FRR and block 12. They must now know that the GOG would not allow them to have that prize. But the ownership of those
shares would be one hell of a consolation.
I loathe the idea of this misery-inducing parasitical organisation getting anything from FRR, but their getting those shares is a serious possibility and has to be considered. As I see it, with those shares, it would actually be in SH/O's financial interest to let FRR prosper! And if they get the shares and any ADR discussions take place in California, it would certainly give both sides something to talk to the adjudicator about! Either way, whether SH/O get the shares or not, it shouldn't be much of a personal problem to anyone other than (possibly) SN and ZM.
