Feel free to correct me, but anyone with knowledge of the full facts could not have progressed an offer of purchase or jv without the information first being available to investors, ie the owners. So any progress could only proceed after delisting, therefore the cost of delisting was unavoidable unless LR was intending to prove up the asset.
EUZ aint the first company that LR has ran. Yes he has made his mistakes in the past but i think he has learned from them. LR wouldn't spend AUD100k delisting without some sort of finance coming.
Could it be that the potential funders ( who signed NDA to see the full SS back in December ) are the ones who told LR to delist cos the dont want the cash they are about to inject to be wasted on maintaining 3 listings? Either way i dont think LR could be so careless with company finances.
Lets just be patient.

the problem with the mining sector,is that its highly cyclical, like oil,but the cycles tend to be longer.
so if you got in around the high's of 2010/11.....then basically, you gor spiked and the next 4 years were just has bad.
hence why big instituition, especially pension type funds, stear clear, unless theyre short term trading them.
exploration comps, are a different kettle of fish, only the brave/traders go there...due to the "no income stream",so all they can do,is raise cash thro the dillution type ways.

when this was moonlight/fcr....it was typical of all other aimers, spike, retrace.spike retrace etc.
Bobby Beal, I think the moonlight project was quite different. For a start the capex requirements were 30 to 40X the toral capex requirements. Iron ore had been in a long term bull cycle. The outlook for zinc is very positive, expected production deficits for at least the next 5 years. Bringing on new zinc projects takes many years. Toral has some significant advantages, very low capex & near to existing smelters.
I think you will see the zinc price head higher over the coming months, and sentiment can change quickly.
I don't think pension providers invest a big percentage of funds in aim, so if a DIY investor does so, he is assuming he's smarter than the professionals. Aim can produce great returns, but it's not reliable enough for pensions Imo. Sadly, professional fund managers have easy access to investments that we do not, land and property foreign bonds etc.. I think you should have a bigger chunk in the main exchange than aim. That should be safer, until the next big crash of course. Every 12 years average?
So glad I added. There’s no way the bod are going to let this fail after all the great work done since they took over. Proven resource and growing, conservative SS not to over promise, 3rd party interest, silver credits that can be forward sold to fund ongoing activity, directors buying at twice this price. Just because it’s gone quiet it doesn’t mean the work’s stopped. We’re all waiting for the big announcement it will land when you’re least expecting it (slingshot).
It’s difficult to buy any large amounts without NT. I’ve be adding at these levels 1M shares for £300 is a gift considering last Sept it would have cost £1500 - a mcap under £2M is farcical. The comparisons with similar resources are there to see the bod know the asset value are waiting for a JV or buyout. Don’t let this opportunity pass by, I’m considering contacting LR to arrange a site visit now that I own 10’s of millions. As they say you pays your money - you takes your chance. GLA
Is in trouble... 90% loss and sad times - comp need money and raising hard. Who knows - bod need to prove themselves they cocked up everytjjgn
Dodger777, I absolutely agree with you. Most of my pension pot is gone. I am worried
Get his thumb out of his ar5e and sort it out. Does he even give a to55 that many are underwater here?
Even at this price
This is definitely the last time I put money into an AIM share. It’s a dodgy, very poorly regulated business.
And run by either incompetent idiots or dodgy scam artists who are only in it for themselves.
Another cash call unfortunately!
Then rinse + repeat.
Try and put pressure on LR if you can and make it clear you don't want Toral to be another El Choco.
In the space of JUST 12 months at BZT LR had roughly £5 million for El Choco and then sold it for £400,000 and deemed a distraction.
What are you going to do now?!
100% agree noto!
Just took another 5M off the table, MC/LR were buying these on the market @ 0.575 last May - double your money and some. I suspect they'll be buying more too.
Looking get get my holding over 50M, just want to retire in 2/3 years.
with the mcap of 1.6 mln maybe bhp biliton or glencore can use their pocket money now and just buy whole company with its asset?:)seems like a good long term investment for wealthy miner.
He will unfortunately still be attractive to other companies due to his experience. Doesn't matter ref the shareholder value.
In simple terms Look at what Mourinho did at Manu, you think he's unemployable now? He was linked to Real Madrid.
That's just not how the world works
Doesn’t seem a good way of enhancing a CV if as you say he’s doing a poor job
Another one of LR's lifestyle companies - £600K other expenses.
Sorry to see what he's done here with a perfectly good project just as he's done with BZT. He sees his Director roles as pure CV enhancers by building up his experience in mining. He doesn't care about whether the mine is profitable as long as he gets the analysis attributed to his involvement. He will then use this experience to get another director role somewhere once he sucks all the money out.
Difficult pill to swallow I know to feel done, but just take a look at the share price here.
Hope it all works out for you all
Have been accumulating recently and now have a substantial holding.
Considering the progress that’s been made last year I’m more than happy
with my position. The BOD must be amazed at the drift in the sp given the value of the asset, even with a return to a 10th of a penny I will be making a considerable return, it’s just a matter of time.
GL all LTH
It’s good to see it made clear that the reduced operating area has no impact on projected profits.... and that they still have some money left. But not much about how they will fund the next stage, or did I miss something ? !

Oily, surely you jest?
