this could very well be the turning point we needed. Spent wisely this might very well start to unlock the true value of the asset. Hopefully there will be more details to follow regarding how it’s going to be used
Directors waited then got in on the low..... no surprise there!
Now it will miraculously spike!
No surprise, this has been played nicely by these characters to get in at these ridiculous levels.
To us normal shareholders this is now worthless but you can be sure they will do alright out of it.
No more AIM for me...it’s crooked beyond belief.
Have raised £960,000 new shares 53% of enlarged issued share capital. At 0.015p ie 23%discount. That’s a lot of new shares!
Colin and miles as directors have participated
Mcap is going to be well under a million now.... ...this could be the beginning of the end.... Last raise this unless they can get the SP back up ...
They managed to raise at that price?!
Still
Huge dilution.... only positive is Colin Bird and Myles have taken shares
This needs massive moves north now and it's a bottom draw move for me seeing as I've lost so much
Probably would struggle to raise £500k at 0.01!
5m shares is under £1k! - was 8 times that less then 6 months ago...shocked.incompetentbod need to go
camb0 and the correct link is?????????
Definitely....MM's = Market Manipulators.
It’s only a small buy on my part, but reported as a sell - some games being played...
I know it's small change for the big guys, but has anyone asked the institutional investors how they feel, like Hargreaves Lansdown?
Sorry pasted wrong link doh!
I was just reading the share chat on BZT, i do not hold any share on BZT i only wanted to see the people's thoughts about LR on the other side.
One text read "LR will destroy this as he did EUZ" apparently BZT also has funding issues.
I honestly think EUZ needs a new leader, one who doesn't have his hands on too many pies.
@Bobby...I believe LR can do a lot to sort this out....The problem we have is that NPV of $110M is NOT being recognized by the whole world.....as it is based on inferred resource. All standards that I have checked has stated that NPV in Scoping Study is only "bankable" on indicated or preferably measured.. So the sooner he gets us to this point the better.....forget about the market price and current SP....focus on moving to indicated.
I suspect there is a buyer in the background, could be wrong. Time will tell!
Bobby £55k ouch, but at the end of the day it’s all relative and we are all way under water.
I suspect maybe CB would fund the "inferred to Indicated" bit himself via a small loan to EUZ or in exchange for a few shares...:-) so why look for additional funding if it is available in house ? I also believe that this piece of work is their priority at the moment and will be the next bit of news....The revised Jorc that is and not a funding RNS.
Hope your correct bricks for all our sakes. Got another payment going in my sipp tommorow so maybe add a few more.
Lol !!! I am the prince of dorkness !!
Jokes aside guys....something is brewing...My gut feel...We have been told on numerous occasions that Toral has already been drilled "like a pin cushion"....indicated to inferred JORC would be the sling shot imo....and maybe just maybe they can pull it off without further drilling or funding. My opinion only and I am definitely not LR and you can check on Linked IN I am linked in with him and Dirty Willy can vouch for me :-)
The greatest mistake that was made was not to inform us as investors about the Aussies regulation that prevented the publishing of economics in the first place, then we were given a geological report (without the economics) tittle a scoping study.
I think most of the investors started losing faith at that point. Secondly he had months to look for funding before delisting on ASX.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of his associates buys 35% stock at this low price to trigger a mandatory offer and take over the company for peanuts. If one takes time to really look at this one might begin to believe LR destroyed the SP intentionally. This guy has been in business for 16 years he can't be making such silly mistakes
Lol! Always making excuses - wouldn’t surprise me if you (oiltap) or brickssa are LR!
My point is if the company was having a healthy cash flow LR would have taken his salary n wouldn't have bought the shares. Its only because there is no money then he opted for the shares. Im not saying CB is better than LR but i remember when he was appointed chairman he already had 50 million shares in EUZ.
