Oiltap, maybe it was 2 RNSs because wilhelm as bought exactly the same number of shares as have his company, in which case 2 x 14.47% holdings. Just a maybe, because otherwise a correction RNS should be issued.
but have been keeping an eye open here as to what peoples thoughts are, and recently you have all contributed a great case of scenarios, but we are all still very much not certain due to the news blackout. I researched Wilhelm and could only find the below in English.
There is a lot more information out there but sadly written in German so I have printed a few pages and have arranged a beer this afternoon with my friend/interpretor.

My conclusion is that this guy is a shrewd investor and not a guy who would throw £275K as a punt, although it does appear to be loose change to him.
The big question is, is this a bargain? At circa £150 per million it will certainly seem like it if/when they go back to previous highs, with works underway to move metals from inferred to indicated the $120m NPV will be history and our mcap is circa £2m. Follow the money comes to mind here, but something still doesn't quite sit right here.

@Bobby...What you are describing makes a lot of sense in my mind. That would also confirm what I have been thinking from the beginning. They are two separate TR1's. Which makes it a 29% holding which is just below the 30% which would force DB to make an offer to EUZ Share holders. As it is just below this threshold...I suspect they do not want to do that....Intriguing ...however to say the least !! So I guess they are busy effecting "transfers" to legalize their holding of 29%.... !! Obviously trying to do this quietly but too many eagle eyes on this forum. Wonder who c%cked this up ?? !!
Do not rely on the buy/sell indicator shown it is often wrong, for example this afternoon's 4.4m sell is actually a buy. However, don't trust big boys/ MMs / anything you read on a bb, is fair comment.
The one positive thing about this s.p price is that it is in the same ball park as what DB have bought in at.
I'm all in with my piggy bank and I don't want to risk any cash I can't afford to lose.
After this fiasco this is my last punt on this cowboy wild west exchange (some might say).
I am in this one till the asset gets taken over and I get (some) of my cash back.
I'm confident DB will not come out of this a loser.
Over and out Gla
How is it possible that the s.p can drop when there was a 2:1 ratio on shares bought/sold?.
The previous day there was a 5:4 ratio on sold/bought? .
Both red days ?.
As far as playing the big boys at there own game ............."don't report good news or the s.p will go up before we mop up" is one game big boys play.
Obviously my opinion only of what a cynical person might say.

Bobby, Brexit was not a brilliant idea, that’s precisely why no one can carry it out ! EUZ however is a valuable asset no matter how you look at it. I hate to spoil the party, but no matter who owns the asset, or how they are managing it, at some point that asset will stand on its own two feet, and with the sp where it is and other big investors circling, id say that time is imminent. You know what they say, but when the market says sell etc.........
@Magic...Surely.. as a public listed company using shareholders funds to invest in EUZ DB would have been compelled to have done a DD otherwise how would they be able to justify their decision to invest in EUZ to their Share holders ? AT least the DD would have been done to a "justification" level...which gives me more confidence in the Toral asset than any RNS's I have read to date from EUZ.
Oiltap - you have no idea what DD DB under took, Don’t pretend that you know what’s really happening you and bricks can only speculate. You trying to pass on your thoughts as gospel. IF you believed in EUZ you should have taken part in the placing and got your hands on some warrants .
I agree...The strengths far outweigh the weaknesses...Great Buy...IMO. ...at current price.
Lovely sentiment, but you were also recommending people buy when the SP was many multiples of today's price ;-)
Strengths/ Threats or weaknesses to buying EUZ shares now. Feel free to add.....
Strengths.
1. Cornerstone corporate investor DB bought in on DD and own 14,5%
2. Solid asset in Toral with Jorc report published and SS published.
3. NPV of $110m in Toral.
4. Addison Mining consultants used so external view gained.
5. High grade resource at depth 10% minimum.
Threats/Weakness
1. Current SP seems far too low with published NPV. This could be deemed as manipulation.
2. Weak leadership displayed in EUZ with a takeover threat looming.
3. Lack of TR1’s with recent large buys.
4. Lack of RNS’s based on current work which funds have been raised for.
For sure , long game needed here. You can see a serious re rate in the pipeline..
Looks like someone bought 5M last night at 0.0193
Look at this trade....5,000,000 shares Ask .016 ....Paid .0193 some weird stuff happens on AIM :-)
and not one as yet over 100m.....I suspect another record day.
I estimate since the last placement at 0.0015 about 28% of the issued stock has changed hands...look at the price today...is this some smart buying or what?? I also notice whoever is doing this has reduced their buys to smaller valued transactions so as it doesn't look so obvious...look out for reversals today of the 30M transactions :-)
I agree with Oiltap....buy buy buy....beat them at their own game.
I averaged down 2 days ago and need to do it again as just as deep in trouble. Clearly, something going on in the background in regards to TO RTO New board members etc. RNS any day then a huge increase in SP AMO
What's the odds of another 100,000,000 trade in next few hours?
Bobby, ditto that. Wish it was 1p
Why suspend, once they do that an investigation could soon overlap and then delisting. If that happened it could be a year before re-listing. Just buy the dips and trade them is my best advice. But with all the downbeat posts this could go sub 1p as did Frr and Psl and ceased trading...although Psl has reverted to a cash shell. DYOR and check out recent Rns' to glean any positives or negatives. If timelines are obscure and cash flow close to another call' then you'll need to watch this with keen eyes or be locked holding losses. Sp has not stopped drifting for over a year. GLA
I think the LSE should suspend trading on EUZ and investigate a few of these reversals...I smell a rat ...and a big one at that. As happy as I am to have DB on board as big brother so to I am very unhappy if they are manipulating and keeping the share price down in order to get a bigger slice of the pie... do some research and investigate their tactics.
I reckon some serious market manipulation taking place under our noses...Only 1 thing to do under these circumstances....buy....buy....buy....buy....:-) Too many 100,000,000 reversals taking place...both buy and sell...this imo is on its own market manipulation as they revert back to the price whenever they do the reversal.
Check it out.
It was uploaded on 16th April....after placement.
Yep...I found it rather interesting ...in a number of ways. Not sure whether you agree with my observations but I observed the following:
1. He came across rather cocky....again...blaming poor market conditions for SP and also calling the scoping study debacle a misstep...and by the way said it was a "good" scoping study....when the market expected more :-)
2. He again referred to mining high grade in the region of 10% even referring to 7% as being low ....yet scoping study built on 5%....weird.
3. Towards the end he focused very much on the relationship he has developed with the mining Juntor in the region...
I got the impression when he gave this presentation he new he was on his way out...even the body language...not his normal self. Not sure whether anyone else agrees with me.....
