Just topped up 21.5 as good as money off vouchers!
It´s insane you can buy at these prices..
What I don´t get is we don´t see more buyers..
People who are invested in big PGM companies should buy a lot more overhere ..
It would appear the plummeting SP says it all !!!
1sttime, I did my research that´s why I am invested..
The truth is we have a lot of institutions invested here but not as much as you should expect with the possibilities Eurasia has..sometimes I think only a few know the real value of this stock..
The people around the table for months they know what we have..the people around them..NDA of cz..but time will tell..
"Casa, the question you should be asking is why aren’t there more buyers at these prices. especially institutional money who have the benefit of experienced researchers & analysts to identify profitable opportunities such as this. I wish I knew the answer as it doesn’t make sense to me."
It makes perfect sense if you ask why the people with teams of analysts and researchers aren't investing. Only problem is you might not like the answer.
Sharesruz
What does it say, please enlighten us all.
TheGG, so why are you invested here?
Aspen, the first answer will be our Div..just to put all the pences away..
If I see some answers here I guess we are not that far away
I'm not invested here any more. I sold my remaining stake last week.
I'm interested in how it plays out though.
TheGG
Please enlighten us with the answer you suggest we may not like.
TheGG, at a loss?
The answer you may not like is that the chances of EUA being sold at a premium to the ATH are low and the BOD are stringing it along with jam tomorrow, low info RNSs to get PIs to vote for dilution of 500m shares.
But apparently that outcome is never (ever) allowed to be discussed on this board because you're all gonna be driving lambos soon...
It's a bit different when you're investing someone else's money and you only need 5/10% and able to justify your investment decisions to investors, trustees etc
GG
what do you think they will do with the funds provided by the share issue ?
TheGG
Is that it, the BIG ANSWER, what an anti climax.
They would also be stringing along DLA Piper, UBS, the nomad, Rosgeo, ACF etc etc etc etc. Wow, that's some conspiracy you've got there!
Please correct me if I am wrong!
The big II's will only take a position once the assets are proven. & or we sell with a substantial dividend.
That's when pig's start selling & make way for the big boys.

What a stupid statement Longtrader. The audited financial statement was for year ending December 2020 so doesn't cover any expenses after that date.
It also depends on the specific billing arrangements. I did something similar with a top UK firm that worked on a back-weighted fee schedule
How do you know what the financial arrangement is between DLA Piper & EUA Longtrader?
"So from there appointment In September to December they haven't paid a penny. Interesting makes me think they were doing nothing."
DLA will either be working on a 90-day invoice timeline as per the norm - in which case there would be no fees recorded in last year's accounts anyway - or they will have negotiated an all-in fee to be paid when the deal is done for a small premium. Given their immediate financing needs and cashflow will be a lot more diversified and resilient than EUA's, my guess is DLA won't actually be paid a penny until the end of the sale process. The fact that they are still here, and presumably doing all the legals on the enormous deal announced just yesterday should give everyone a warm fuzzy feeling. Unless you're one of the bedwetters whose warm feeling is all soggy instead of fuzzy. In which case, more fool you.
Fair question and I don't know the answer, same as I don't know the answer to why a company would exit a formal sales process, in order to pursue a sale.
The whole thing stinks IMO and that's why I sold out.
