MMs move today on one tiny buy and two sells. 3 left on 44 2 on 42. We could very well see a penny or two up today on low volumes.
The share price will move through 50p within 2 weeks or within 2 minutes on strong news.
Gharri I am looking at the seawind 1260 or Exquisite X5. Blue Water cruising.
Skid don't forget that the market doesn't know how much 5000 units will cost or the margin. $400k is the initial delivery probably achieved in July. The market doesn't know how many units of the 5000 $400k equates to. I assume that production will start modest and ramp up from early summer. I believe that the following year could be 50000 units given the aggressive sales expectations of Tarana.
Tracy.
Went to the boat show at Kensington Olym many years ago & the pure class of the design of most of these beauties I've never forgotten.
We can all dream.

Tracy, I think the no pull back is because there was always the potential of either a further dilutive deeply discounted cash raise or on going struggles through to obsurity. Tarana changes this completely.
What hasn't happened is the factoring in of further opportunities, even at a very level probability such as 10%, and to be frank tarana is only built into the share price assuming the current order is full and final and will not lead to much else.
Looking forward to steady news to see some jumps and steady further rises for the next three / four years to take this to your £5-10 expectation, I have this at the upper level.
Biggest plus for me today is TL checking out new cats!
Love it, sign of confidence or what. Although relatively new to the party, coming up for 6 months, I’ve read back through a lot of the back posts.
TL’s unwavering support and optimism has been fully justified and must have provided a fillip in those dark days of 15p or whatever.
Sunny days ahead and, imo, at 44p to but now arguably better value than 9 months or so ago when they were sub 15p.
GLA
Thanks again for the info martyn , I can see by the username symmetry is important lol. And a 2 year waiting list for boat TL ? That’s hefty , the party maybe on bids Kayak then..I’ll bring my SUP too for extra leg room . GLA
Hi 01234, I have that OCD thing for round number holdings.
Yes the way I read the information, the five days above 40p will start again, if it’s missed tomorrow.
Only a few months life left in the warrants though, so the chance to buy 30p hopefully won’t be seen again, so I would expect a full take up.
If the accelerator clause is activated, they have seven days to convert.
Thanks for the info there Martyn. Not wanting to jinx it the other way but heaven forbid we don’t get the 5th day would that just reset once 40p was reached again? I did my bit today with a wee top up . I now have a very symmetrical number of shares, not on purpose but it’s actually quite pleasing to look at and all in the hsbc isa! All the best to everyone everything crossed
So tomorrow should be the fifth consecutive day closing above the 40p mid price, activating the accelerator clause, calling on warrant holders to exercise 1,706,670 outstanding warrants at 30p.
The placing RNS 13/7/20, does state the 20p/30p warrants have a 12 month life span, with that in mind, closed period or not, the Director’s should have no problem exercising their entitlement, as
‘5 consecutive days above 40p’ is out of their control, and by exercising they are only obeying the terms of issue.
Exciting potential news flow to look forward to this year.
Reading past RNS’s does give investors a good picture of the company, I thought the placing warrant terms were very good, with reference to shareholders, yes dark times at a sub £5m mcap, but rewards starting to come.
We have never seen this before. News, a steady increase and no pull back. I think that much has changed here in the last 6-8 weeks. I think that we should be extremely confident that over time a realistic valuation will be achieved. I am not putting any deposits down but checking out the new models for my shortlist. Plus 42', owner model, ocean going Cat with AC and full electrical package. Circ $700k.
Two year waiting list.....
Hopefully not going to jinx it but this looks set fair for another finished above 40p. Just spoke to bookie and there are decent bids at 42.85 and at other levels below. Going to be very interesting to see how many warrants get converted (that's if they hit the accelerator clause) and I'm still not convinced that the directors can participate if they are in a close period. Interesting few days ahead..
Yet another modest top up (the 27k was not mine sadly), so gradually accumulating a satisfying holding from my initial purchase at 17p. Had to pay full ask but hopefully that will be immaterial. Looks like plenty of mileage ahead from the helpful information posted. Plenty of patience as well so am very much a LTH. Keep motoring ENET!
Yes it's been an excellent 25%+ rise. Tarana news was easily worth progress to mid 40's. Lots of events now near term and it will take very little to journey to £1.
Think price has settled now at a decent 43/44p range until a serious RNS is released.
Had an exceptional rise this month already as was an easy buy 30p 02 April.
Nice & steady wins the race.
27k tucked away in a ISA there for some lucky person.
Are we going to have a business update anytime soon? I think it is reasonable to update the market after 5 months...
I hope early May but now I am not sure if they will update only at the FY report.
Slowly the MMs moving. Still interest in owning these shares between news and with some spending on warrants which is a very strong indicator of appeal. Still stock at 43.67 but I don't think that it will actually be much.
Rising trend is inevitable.
