well he can't be in financial distress otherwise he would have sold it all by now.
More likely that he wants to exit from this sector.
Does anyone know why SO is selling? Are there resumption’s on his fund? Are they in financial difficulty elsewhere?
Aldebaran has been doing the rounds on boards
Best to ignore him, he's clearly shorting he's said so on Twitter
Aledbaran you need to do some research but I do think Nasdaq was a waste of 40 million to get a loan for half that to this point but hopefully it will mean more in time
Porky
Ticked that one up.
Especially because of the f’witt comment:-)
Oh so damn true.
Aldebaran, are you for real?
Read the boards!
Everyone knows who's dumping, its public knowledge, has been for months.
Thick!
It's very simple;
SO has been reducing the funds position. This is fact. It's still trading but its a rebalance situation imo.
We await his next TR1
As a result every vulture and shorter known to man has jumped on the back of it. He could even be shorting himself. Those shorts are still in place. They are obviously expecting SO to sell further.
What we do know is that valuation at the raise was £35m and we have suffered dilution. Value at close Friday is £76m
That means that based on the current shares in issue he is still making profit on what he sells. But the business has materially advanced.
However, what will change this position is news of the FDA and future readouts. Anything else minor just gives him opportunity to sell into any small rises. Readouts would result in mass buying imo, possibly funds and would force all the shorts to close out.
I'm as frustrated as everyone else here, its a cracking business, bloody love it if I'm totally honest as i genuinely see LBPs becoming as common place as antibiotics in the future, that's how confident i am. However, whilst readouts have been slow and there was a few moans about BOD options etc, our issues are not with the business. The business is sound, its the SP that's sh@t.
Frankly, i wont mince my words, we need to see the back of this f'witt SO and his fund as soon as possible and then we can move forwards.
By rough calculation he is down i think to about 5% although no TR 1 yet to prove that. So we haven't got to endure this for much longer, thank God

"Someone in the know is dumping question is, who?"
Eh?
Someone in the know is dumping question is, who?
Listing in NASDAQ clearly a mistake but there more going on then meets the eye in my opinion. See 20p here soon
Didn't think it would go red after the rise
Big support at this level…it’s time to load up not sell :)
No idea what mumbo is writing as I filtered them a while back, although I imagine it's along the lines of....they aren't doing anything novel, tell me what's novel, novel novel novel blah blah blah
I can't even begin to imagine how many poor choices I would need to make in life to get to the stage where I would feel the need to take time out of my day to troll a company and investors on an internet chat forum, let alone actually do it.
its a pattern ... find new low, fake rise, more selling... find new low again.
Agree Dusterman
We have been in a descending channel for a few weeks - if we can close above 42 today that would mean we have risen out of the channel for the first time and could see the start of a sustained rise next week. All imho but its about time this share did something other than drop.

The tide is turning 100/200% upside easy from here :)
He obviously thinks the company is only good enough for selling. Only real way u can make money on this share. It’s all over the place
The selling can only go on for so long, then this is going to sling shot.
Don't know why he doesn't just stop selling and sell at the higher price.
Oliveira has been the constant weight on this share as he/they keep drip-selling. with a bit of luck there'll be a nice rise beofre the next ranche but they seem keen to be rid of all their holding and a good few percent still to go... but would be happy to see this back in the 7s before the next rns...
