I don't agree Bushy, it's obvious they are desperate to try and scare people into selling to achieve the 90%. They certainly want to go private alone, and its quite clear...however if they don't get 90%, then it still won't be that many investors that go private with them anyway. Not enough for them to want to dilute to oblivion as you say.

Seems reasonable for everything including the debt...that's more than 2 bags. Would be happy with that. If Dugbe is 50m on its own but probably much more as bidding war starts soon......then the rest is a bargain at todays gold prices....fill your boots at this level

It was quite obvious a sale for the group is being arranged. It's could be quite imminent.

Simple maths yes, read the RNS at the guidance, you can calculate roughly what will be the AISC forecast will be in H2...and it's significantly lower. Try reading facts Punter instead of looking at weather forecasts..its a rainy season every year and thos year has been relatively mild.....lol

Increase in the gold price to all-time highs. Clearly, they are now mining in the high grade ore body. Clearly, HUM is now generating profits as 0.5m plus the gold reserves would not have lasted nearly 2 months.

That cash generation will be approaching 3 to 4m a week profit very soon. This is calculated from HUM's published information for all to see.

4th Quarter alone from Kouroussa should be a 40m profit. Thats without anything from the second mine YAN which should profit 12m.

Kouroussa 30,000 x 1300 = 39m (AISC 1300)

Yan 15,000 x 800 = 12m ( AISC 1400 including the hedged amount )

Combined around 50m for the 4th Quarter alone

3rd Quarter should also be a nice profit, even half that of the 4th Quarter would be great.

It's hard for some to believe the potential. But it's on our doorstep. People selling now will be buying back much higher soon.

With such a news rich period about to begin, the huge drop a few days ago was such an amazing opportunity, that I for one got very greedily involved. Even today's price right now is an absolute bargain. Good luck to everyone who didn't panic and also seen the great early Xmas sale:) onwards and upwards :)
