Even they must be able to work out the market does not trust them. Shame but true.
IMO, the BoD don't understand why the SP didn't rise following the last 3 RNSs (order, directors buying & JC buying) and are fishing for an explanation from its own investors.
All I'm expecting is a reiteration of what we've read and heard only a week or so ago.
......'Again I do not know what restraints there are time wise between news and publication but supposing CC now have update, can that be published Tuesday morning giving a 3 hour window from 7 -10oc.'
Still a couple of hours to inform everyone of the £500 million takeout offer LOL.
Get your question in tonlie, post it here first so we know which one is yours.
Luckily not. I would have been terrible
Hope you were not a fund manager then lol
Lol, interesting use of word 'opponent'. Sounds like I am getting in the way of something you are desperate to achieve !! Wonder why that would be ??
I took great interest in CC recently winning a competitive tender against the big boys. I guarantee the big boys will be scratching their heads and wondering how that happened. Then they will look at the market cap of CC and think it is a screaming buy.
I'm holding for that sort of eventuality. One more tender or order and I think things will get very interesting.
Good to hear JCEP, I must admit I wavered last week but soon dismissed it. If luck has it you will not need to wait 30 years like an Insurance investment. I feel the long end is already done and CC will gain moment starting from now and extending over next 5 years, at which time reaching £500m+ value. Unless there have been changes the software is priced right and very efficient and practical for quick installation. Ideal with the Virus and remoteness required.
DYOR By the way annoying yes but I would not filter, I like know my opponent and although they do not know it use them occasionally.
Tony
Don't worry, I'm hanging around for the buyout !!! May take weeks, may take years...30 years in the City means I really don't care about fluctuations in price and I'm not scared of risk.
I think some of those sells are buys as SP dropped quickly, wrong footing some buys.
DYOR
Good logic Vas.. However the presentation is at short notice so if 5 days is a sit on time then may be doable.
If immediate notice then that is different. We will probably get good news soon if India installations are underway.
I think that was said.
DYOR
If The BOD have news, i'm pretty sure they can't / shouldn't sit on it for a few days / weeks until an already pre booked presentation date. I think it has to be announced immediately. Saying that anything information wise can be orchestrated if both the company and a customer / partner have a will / or a plan to release news on a certain date.
Colour, Do not know where you got the idea of CS from, I was local government. Difference being I worked and within budgets. A thought suddenly came to me (surprised, I bet you are) that we must be about to hear good news on Tuesday because of the closeness of previous report and video.
We are awaiting big news are we not but no date. Again I do not know what restraints there are time wise between news and publication but supposing CC now have update, can that be published Tuesday morning giving a 3 hour window from 7 -10oc.
DYOR
LOL, you really do have no idea : ))))) You are likely the only one here who is 'induced' by anything said on a public forum. That probably stems from your Civil Servant playschool career, and not having to have your own mind.
Well Colour, I hope JCEP will hang around but I think your negativity has induced some profit taking probably from those who came in around the 2p mark.
You've probably said just enough for wet wipe to remove filter and have a nose : ))
Well Colour, we shall have to wait and see what the Presentation has to say.
Along your line of thought it is irrelevant and will say nothing we did not already know.
Under those circumstances the SP is likely to suffer until next lot of news.
Look at Tuesday anyway may be of interest and you will get the answer to your question.
DYOR
Well Colour you may be correct on this and somebody may well quote the terms package of RNS.
I seem to remember from years back that legal notices from Councils were just required to be displayed in newspapers and not everybody bought the paper. Likewise why do an RNS notification of the presentation when it could have been a newsletter notification. DYOR Come Tuesday we will see the limits of JC.
I'd slow down a minute, the information should have gone out in the order RNS if it is relevant. I don't insist on anything going out for general use, they cannot disclose price sensitive information to one or two. From this , you may deduct I am now assuming the 350k order is the one mentioned in the Final Results last week. The reason being, if it isn't, and CC confirm it isn't in the presentation, it will be price sensitive information that can only be released via RNS. Not all shareholders will be involved in the presentation, so if CC confirm it is not the same , those that are will get privileged information which cannot happen.
Well Colour you can't say fairer than that. You always insist that all information must be for general use, well going out via an RNS publication probably allows for information to be divulged. On the other hand may be its just a shop keeper laying out his wares. We will know on Tuesday. At least you are on the question list.
DYOR
If you haven't already asked, I emailed for some clarity on this weeks order and it's relationship to the expected contract. Response as below, not sure if it sounds good or bad : ))
'You may be aware we are doing an investor presentation on Tuesday next week. We’ll add this to the questions for the presentation to ensure the information we give is given to all shareholders on the call.'
