I wonder how many shares there are in this new company and what the split is. If CTEA have a holding there should have been an rns.
If people take a minute to look at the accuracy and specificity of this entities LFT rapid tests, you'll see why Innova is a distant 2nd place. If this is about risk mitigation, then there's one game in town.
"The formation of this new group isn't just for Christmas" indeed. I'd have said it's the legal entity which will be putting in bids for tenders.
Wonder if this is part of the new system that Boris described as currently 'untested' with respect to rapid testing. The formation of this new group isn't just for Christmas.
I’ve added again a few times today. It seriously looks like the real deal offering a global solution. Note it also says governments.
Imagine if the Bag a contract to test and trace a city of even a country.
Try to keep up chaps and do some research. We have a formal meshing of two very scalable businesses as per recent Proactive interview. One an expert in Medical Services including supplying the highest rated LFT test (Healgen) as assessed by UK Gov and UK exclusivity to the Antai Triple Antibody rapid test (already supplied to FTSE100s) and the other a provider of Blockchain powered COV-ID and global test, monitor and manage solutions.
How it works:
-Individual’s details and test results are inputted into platform
- Covid-19 population status is fed to mobile Dashboards
- An individual’s status can be sent to their mobile via a push-notification, SMS or email
- For the UK, in compliance with PHE’s requirements, test results are securely uploaded into PHE’s Covid database
- Reminders to attend a booster vaccination appointment can be automated within the operating system
Quite easy to solve - once green a code gets sent to a database and it pings bavk a code or barcode, for example. With everything being electronic it’s v easy to certify
The synovate website has answered a few of my questions but can anyone explain how say border force authorities at say Panama airport would accept you showing a dashboard they know nothing about as proof you are innoculated to yellow fever etc?
Website looks professional.
GL.
Can anyone remind, please, of the 3 Gov't LFT tests, Innova (obvs), plus Healgen, plus ??
Before anyone gets carried away, look at the previous company names of Synovate Global:-
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/06692081
All are old names associated with Guy, CTEA, and the awful Milestone. Especially note Black Cactus who were heavily involved with the last big pumping of CTEA in 2017 when they rebranded themselves as a blockchain innovator.
While it is positive that CTEA have semi-formalised their involvement with BHA, this is still the same people - people with absolutely no track record of selling anything to anyone.
As I have said several times before, this a a short term profit making share because it is extremely vulnerable to pump/dump.
Buy , make your 10-20%, sell, and buy back in when it sinks again.
Looking good. Can see deals getting signed quickly including now with Afrik-ID.
All good buddy! Finger crossed it all works out
Apologies Cheezy in all the excitement I hadn’t gone back far enough in the posts to see that it was actually your spot...respect
Awesome awesome awesome guys. This is the cliff edge of growth. Love that there’s a business model in place post covid with yellow fever, HIV, TB etc with test, track & monitor too
It was midnight when I found Synovate referenced on BHA’s website. I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming at that point. Glad to have shared it with you guys... atleast I’m not imagining things :p
That company has only just joined.

Go to People tab and check them out, in addition to Meyer you'll also find e.g. Michael Hough, director of BHA https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/veR8OY6tXAWd0dYUTjnmmXZ13JM/appointments
Agreed Hyper, just cannot find an entity with that name registered at Co House...technically can you be a CEO of a JV?
Does it mean they are setting themselves up for orders? Should this name change be RNSd?
