Opportunities Mickey, opportunities ...
7 Months old that and they're already tied up.
More coffee needed.
One day Rodders...............
Or Antarctica even :)
Boaty Mc on the news RRS David Attenborough on the news re setting off for virgin Arctic expedition . Maybe our Boaty deal has been done ? Cmon Carver, get on with it !
Ive got this investing thing all wrong, I just read an extinction rebelion post on FB ...... "The refinery at Fawley is already the UK's largest, producing 270,000 barrels a day crude oil" ? errrrrr anyone got a ticker for Fawley?
The mantra on this board used to be patience. Now its becoming impatience - myself included. There are so many irons in the fire and such a lot of possibility on multiple fronts that we are impatient to get just a little news on at least one of them
The news will come soon. At least some of it is highly likely to be good. A re-rate seems inevitable. We just need to remember how to be patient..
Fantastic or forgetful. I’d much prefer the news early next week but regardless, it has to be positive. 153 update is dragging and they’ve almost had 3 weeks as they had started testing at the time of the last RNS. As always, we wait to see the outcome and we are fortunate that there are more than one material snippet in the offing. Pivotal time to continue the sp reversal and got that we need the right flavour.
TT.
News tomorrow ? Tremendous or terrible , let’s hope it’s the former .
Hi No3, yep full ramptastic mode, we have got sooooooo much to look forward to, yeh that link, ouch timescales are a bit "Jackanory" and for the younsters on here (Jackanory. When some one is lying or embellishing the truth we say "Jackanory tell us a story" or Jackanory" for short, complete with eye roll.) otherwise it gives a good insight to what we are doing and where
Forgot to add, the IP is a great document as to potential and great as a refresher as to the opportunity especially the geography, field sitings etc. Kaz is an oil rich state, Caspian have found oil in all the deeps drilled to date and the real riches from commercialising them. Must add that the document is absolute fiction/Carverspeak as to expectation setting v delivery to date. I'll give them some leeway with regards to Covid but 2018/2019 were poor years for Casper based on that Investor Presentation !!
Your definitely in ramptastic mode today DM !
Yep there's loads on the go but the likely Q4 updates will come at 153, SY, A8, maybe 144 /146 and Caspian Explorer. No chance with A5, that'll be end Q1 as will results on the other deeps . Enough current activity on the go this quarter to affect the the sp considerably and lets hope that it's rockets not damp squibs.
Forget the time scales and wish list on this link (They are very, very wrong) but the maps and drill locations haven't changed and puts our operations into visual presentation.

And of course missing from (Newly promoted to No3) KKs list is A6 and 801, all still in play
UNC, now that would be nice 8-))
I don't see an even keel for Brent in the 80s, DM. It's just pausing for a little breather before climbing into the 90s
Looks like BRENT has found an even keel in the 80s, currently at $85.81, a new feeling of optimism sweeping over the CASP BB, loads of news coming soon .....
153 - 600bopd+

802 spud next month

(Modified from KK)
Soom I get it now. I thought you meant 900m of pay. That would make up bigger than Tengiz.
Inyb and the Grim....hahaha not the old “missed the chance to top up” chestnut, I heard that one at 10p.
Why do I get the impression Grim_Reaper missed the bottom to top up and is back playing his old narcissistic deramping tatics. My spidey senses tells me that when grim looks in a mirror JMR looks back at him / her.
Bleedin rampers everywhere !
Cmon Clive, time to give this lit what they want, hopefully Heineken not needed !!
Yeah on Caspian’s past performance, I’d back the Grim Reaper as being closer to where this circus is going....but I’m still in there hoping. I was at the agm when Clive said 20 shallows by the end of 2020!
Might be getting vuggy down there?
KK,
If the last 200m of the A8 well is saturated with oil and one heck of an oil column they may be able to drill faster through it to TD 5,300 (and not be around my 5,150m guestimated todays depth)?
If that's the case then they may well hold off updating us on the 153 Wells flow rates - sticking a pretty decent RNS together.
I think they will be doing a longer flow test anyway on the 153 Well - the 154 Well had reported flow rates of 730/700/ 640/600 finally flowing at a steady 600 bopd.
Hopefully 153 more than 50 ! :)
