Where haven’t I answered you’re points?
And as I said in this thread you have said nothing about app downloads. I’m not scrolling back through weeks of post to check you am I. The point here is is you’re saying webdownloads (and then double down in that again now) as “the best data source” when we know it’s missing 80% of the data! What a dumb statement! App downloads is surely better. Or IG post, follower numbers. Tik tok hauls
See what the consumer is buying and showing off
Factor into your “web visits” an 95 - 96% bonce rate ans you’ve see bugger all
Amateur hour with you fella. A data set with 80% missing is the best! And you do this for a living?
On Missguided I’ve been clear I’d have moved it against topshop and Zara. So saying there’s overlap is not what I’m saying. There’s a gap for boohoo group there (rag think coast and oasis and warehouse go there?) yeah ok! They are no where near Zara or topshop with the younger generation. Missguided could have been scaled down and moved to cover that consumer
Who (most importantly) will be more resilient in the next few months if there is macro upset
Think past correct views. Have more of a marketing and strategic brain
Also what questions haven’t I answered? You still haven’t told us what boohoo can do with data that Asos can’t. That’s the question that never gets answered
Copy what you want me to answer in a new thread I’ll be happy to but
Quoting this is money over an RNS! Denying capacity when it’s in a results presentation from the company! And data with 80% missing
It’s doesn’t matter what anyone says you’ll ever quite rubbish sources or move your goalposts again
Goldy
I looked at Missguided's offerings and couldn't really see a brand style. Just loads and loads of stuff for a particular age range. If I compare it with Sosandar, that I follow closely, there I see style identity and carefull fashion sensitivity.
Good to have your insider viewpoint ragtrade.

Missguided collapsed into administration on Monday (30 May), after failing to secure a buyer. Speculation at the time pointed to Boohoo Group as a possible suitor.
But on Wednesday morning (1 June), Sports Direct and House of Fraser owner Frasers Group announced that it had bought the womenswear etailer out of administration, for a sum of £20m.
“The brand was never going to work for Boohoo, as [there’s] too much duplication across data and overall offer – if anything it would dilute their brands,” Mark Ashton, founder and CEO of Little Mistress Group, told Drapers.
Surprised boohoo lost out to mike Ashley . Dorthy Perkins ? Why not go for misguided obviously good if mike Ashley has gone for it . Come on boohoo your known for taking taking failing retail and turning them into success why stop now ?
Boohoo price and asos is markets adjusting and they will re adjust in time .
Boohoo need to keep gathering brands and there markets share . Zara and h & m future potential targets , boohoo need something big so when the market re adjust all the work they have done will be reflected in its true value .
Retails is suffering Zara and h & m are not far away boohoo need to strike.
What’s has happened to boohoo furniture venture anyone ?
Not interested in the fake share price at the moment same as Norges and t rowe no action required form hold or top up if you can .
Well done to anyone buying at these prices enjoy your retirement. Wish you all the best .
Ashley to the rescue again, this guy will eventually hold the entire high street.
Where in this thread do you mention exclude apps? You don’t
Also even if you did you’re presenting your argument on data that you know is limited and flawed? That make you an idiot
But you’re not you just like to try and show off but get caught out. But go on tell someone website data proves your point and then shout you know it’s a bad data source 2 posts later
Another example of your moving goal posts! Ha
Still haven’t told us what boohoo do with all the data yet!
Goldy
A good meter for this is Asos which reports app sales. It’s over 80% is via app
Tracking website visits via google is a little daft
(You think you’d know this if you worked in marketing)

The only thing that I want to see buying is the CEO getting some skin in the game, otherwise F off and stop running the company into the ground since their s no proof of buying these brands are making money. I know the reason for buying brand's, it's to stop others from buying the names and most importantly is the data base of customers.
Wtf are they buying Misguided? More cash spent, more risk, focus on the brands you have lads.
Yes strange! Have they made any money yet from any of the Arcadia brands they bought?
Not sure this is good news, buy up opposition and trade the brand, or bad news, more cash out and increased debt. Sure of one thing if it goes ahead the market on Monday will let us know.
* The Times: Boohoo, the online fast-fashion retailer, is working on a pre-pack rescue deal to buy Missguided, its financially stricken rival
What a great idea, spend more money on **** failing brands which has already caused boohoo to make a massive drop in profit...
Imagine if they spent the money on the usa distribution centre rather than buying failing brands.... Probably have 300p sp right now.

Looks like it’s in the bag
What will this mean for Boo if true?
