How to twist it. Trump would be proud of you!
Any warning that this share was only worth about the same as the IPO because following the 16az debacle bloe had proven nothing was met with derision, insults and buy ,buy, buy posts.
Time will tell if this is will come good but atm the SP is still on the topside imo.
yep - issues do not last, they are resolved and progress gets made - the stock price then follows.
Hi Sea - yes it hadn't gone un-noticed that the "Knocking Crew" as I called them had obviously filled their boots with cheap shares gifted to them by nervous or impatient PI's and then sold off at the point of the spike which was pre-empted by the Update RNS's. Mind you my take on it is that this will be a distant memory once any good news crops up where resources turn to revenue/income, the market responds accordingly and the SP heads north.
you probably noticed the silence from the bashers when the stock moved from 3.875p to 8p recently - says it all.
Hi Sea - yes there have been successive "waves" of bashers attacking the share and driving down the SP with resulting negative sentiment and "cheap shares ahoy". From memory I started buying in here at the tail end of 2018 the halcyon days when I was paying around 3.2p. Bought more as the SP retraced from 14p and messed my average up. Like some other LTH's I misjudged just how far the SP would retract but hopefully these events will be history once Block have some of the "issues" addressed.
yep but bashers never bash a bad stock - no point, no chance of it rising later on, after they have loaded up on cheaper stock.
key to it, is to find a stock that is having some issues, the price is low and sentiment is off - and attack it.
Same old, same old... run the stock into the dirt, drive everyone out of it, spread fear and worry, whilst picking up stock others are dumping.......then wait, good news arrives, bashers disappear, well they aren't far, just busy selling into the rise
and booking fat profits.
Thanks Gary,
when the trigger arrives and the price begins to move up, a decent supply of stock will be needed to meet the buying demand and those pro's that have been soaking up the sells at the lower prices, will be the ones supplying it at higher prices.
Hi Sea - I think you have summed it up very well. The pattern is clear to see - low volumes of sales, large buys now and again - no TR1 released - pros loading up with cheap shares ready to sell on the rise with any good news. Things seem to be primed and ready to go - there is obviously a head of pressure building up in here as people pop up to let off some steam and vent their anger at PH and the BOD..............it all adds to the mix.
bobby - it is well known that professionals buy when the price is low and volume is generally much lower.
This stock had all the hallmarks of standard game play.
back in jan ..stock was 2.9p - hardly anyone in it, buying by a few, quietly and carefully in chunks so as not to lift it too much.
Price moved up to the 4p level - lots of churn, traders out, stock retraced, pro's retain holding and add on retrace. Complete silence surrounding the stock.
Next thing we see that all and sundry are pumping the story all over the place, bulletin boards, news outlets etc - price moves up much higher -retail pile in - pro's trim positions and take profits by selling into the rise, leaving a free carry or thereabouts. News on 16az comes in - stock goes north - pro's are selling out into the rise that retail are buying into.
Professionals have exited, retail are holding - placing announced, stock plunges, selling out at losses... professionals wait.
issues at well, professionals wait.
Complete silence descends on stock again, no news, no pumping anywhere - price retreats further, to where it is now....professionals start quietly loading up again.
Doc holiday comes out of the woodwork and starts pumping the stock
rinse and repeat.
We had the accumulation phase, we had the distribution phase, we are in the accumulation phase again... soon be time to run the stock up and repeat the distribution phase to eager buyers much higher up again.
Been done, thousands of times over on this market.
What I do know is that we're 50% down from the peak, since last RNS at 9p !
The constant decline is hard to stomach after the rally from 3.8p to 8p. Wish I'd sold a load then but I must admit I didn't see it dropping back this far. That's what happens when you don't update the market and keep interest going especially in AIM.
GLE.
V111 I disagree with the part when you suggest the sp has declined due to pi's selling or reducing their holding. The sp has been dropped to this level again for another reason in my opinion. When it dropped below 7p a few weeks ago there were a flurry of buys but the sp kept dripping down even after buys. Then a few sells and the mm's were quick to drop it more then when it dropped under 6p many buys again including my own at 5.95p but sure enough it dropped down nearly on every trade. All the buys at 5.35p did nothing just a quick spike for an hour then a few sells and it's quick to drop. Today constant buys but not moved. as terrier said had they been sells we would be down 10% in a flash. Yesterday we finished red after 80k buys v 40k sells.. work that one out. I have the feeling the smart are quietly loading up whilst a few worried pi's gift their shares. Just my opinion!
~~~ "Remember a few weeks ago when the SP was 5.5p to buy ?" ~~~
How could I forget ? I was a lot richer then :))
interesting......and your conclusion/best guess is?
V1
Remember a few weeks ago when the SP was 5.5p to buy ?
Loads of buys and no movement at all and the same thing happened today but you can bet your bottom dollar that if they had been sells...
Yet no major holdings reduction or additional.
Usually the market knows first but in this case someone is keeping very tight lipped.
Terrier ~~~ I find your post somewhat in line with my own thinking .
About four weeks ago I posted :
~~~ "I believe that the MM`s have been messing around with the trades and the spread since the last holdings declaration . So
I suspect we may see a TR1 before the end of the week .
Either an addition to current declared holdings , or possibly even a new major investor ." ~~~
I was wrong , we did not !
However the trading since 12th November has only served to further fuel my curiosity .
I am i no doubt that many PI`s have either reduced or even completely sold out , some have admitted as such , and some I note no longer post on here ( a more dignified position ) . The consequences have been obvious with a gradual decline in the SP . What is not clear is the extent to which these shares have been absorbed and by whom .
IF , an entity had placed some very significant order four weeks ago perhaps it has still not been filled and would then not be required to be reported .
I wouldn`t bet on that , I was wrong before !
BUT , this is AIM and everyone should know by now that just about anything goes . I remain suspicious of the trading pattern here and when big trades do pop up with little sp impact , it just gets my `Spider Senses` tingling !
Anyway , it must be getting close to some News flow , so the `Doctor` is possibly on a pretty safe bet to enhance his tipster reputation .
GL fellow sufferers who are determined to stay the course !
There's been a few largish trades in recent weeks that went through at mid. Never changed the SP though it's been dropping ever since the small spike to 9p afte r the last RNS.
Now nearly half that.
time of trade had buys at 4.67 and sells at 4.63 - that trade for 1m shares was at 4.65 - at the mid, as the price hasn't budged, it should be a buy but hard to tell
Is that a buy gone through for 1m shares??
