Had an email from The Oak Bloke, very enthusiastic about Belluscura, suggested the new takeover terms only represent a small dilution. Doesn't mention the lack of reported numbers around production, sales, revenue.
He is also vey keen on DEC, another of my recent star performers....
But hey, fingers crossed, could be up here for a second day in a row.
Sorry concept
It wasn’t a lift from anything
It was me being my usual d&ckish self
Apologies I did not make that clear
“The announcement has created a flurry of activity as traders look to seize some clear and obvious value.” “Heated early trading matched by frenzied rumours of an eagerly awaited trading update, with high expectations of out performing market expectations accompanied by the backdrop of increased profit.”
Is this text in the wrong BB ? It has certainly given me a good laugh this morning. Powerful words for a lousy share. Remember when it was 136p ?
The announcement has created a flurry of activity as traders look to seize some clear and obvious value. Heated early trading matched by frenzied rumours of an eagerly awaited trading update, with high expectations of out performing market expectations accompanied by the backdrop of increased profit.
Or not
I have no clue what the announce truly means.
But I did enjoy this (in an ironic way)
This is apart from a final condition, which is for the admission of new Belluscura shares to be issued in respect of the offer to trading on AIM
So almost…. But we just need you to say yes….
Good evening
Big bang
Optimism
Don’t be so ridiculous
Theboyg – do I detect a smidge of optimism?
Mind you, price dropped a little, despite large buys – no doubt TEK flogging off again – I guess we will find out when they cross the 7% holding – as I said 24/1 they need to sell 1 m to do this – wouldn’t be surprised if RNS issued latter today or tomorrow, but just a guess!
In short
We are well positioned for a brilliant future having lined the pockets of those who took us for an extra 66%.
Shareholders, we will also update you with trading position as soon as we can. We have definitely made more than one, but can’t verify that we sold any. We have checked in all sofas.
Ok…. Time for moaning to end. The act has almost completed. The pants can start being pulled up.
Crack on now… maybe make a few now and then maybe sell them
That’s all we want to know now
You have 10.5 months left to turn this company from a dying duck to a young swan
Good morning all
Anyone out there with half a clue can tell me what the loan notes and options mean? I’ve you tube checked loan notes
What interest rate are they at? The 50p feb 26… what does that mean?
Anyone…. Anyone….
It’s too much for my lemon brain
The old February update!
It must be truly awful if they can’t get an update in whole of January! It is pretty clear that there is no good news here and that another 6 months has elapsed with no real turnover and nothing happening.
The figures will be shocking. The future will obviously be brilliant.
This will be 15p once the update comes but those investing now know that and they have the deal they want at the price they created
My colleague, who enjoys the stats, tells me that another funding round is inevitable with this delay at some stage one production starts ramping
Hopefully at £15
Good luck all
Phillips issues came to light in 2021
Topic will not cross paths with BELL devices, other than possibly another market opportunity for BELL
Of course if the design is not the same may be they would want Bell’s technology
But looking again they have known a while….
Forget I mentioned it
That won’t be hard
Https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-13023713/Phillips-halt-sales-sleep-apnea-machines-cancer.html
Anyone know if this is anything close to bell technology??? I hope not…. I have no clue but it sucks in air in similar way
I think the issue is how it pressurises it out. Don’t think bells is pressured… just flow
Phillips were one of the few to likely takeover if Bell ever looked close to break even
They won’t be one now

Rob, I have attached the link to a ‘trading update’ so you know you can see what one looks like.
You will hear words that are foreign to you. ‘Sales’ ‘profit’ and ‘ahead of market expectations’
You should google these and use the terms freely. I know you ‘like to hit my numbers’
You won’t see the words ‘jam’ or ‘tomorrow’
Encouraging to see that John Gunn, a very wise and seasoned investor has been recently buying stock at what still look like ridiculously low levels if this company does indeed have the brilliant prospects (if very questionable management) that appear to exist.
Agree, we could certainly do with an update.
I notice another two large purchases 2 x 150k yesterday, which didn’t seem to affect the price – Can only assume any selling around this figure is being hoovered up by a large buyer – not sure if it TEK again selling as they can sell 1m shares (.73%) from last RNS, before another RNS re holding would need to be issued.
Time will tell!
Update fella
I assume because they have been busy making and selling so many they have forgotten!
Or… is it so bad they dare not release them for fear of giving 2 shares for every one of this new company
Oh, and before you tough northern folk start banging on about 100mph winds, to us wetties down in East Anglia, 40+ mph winds are scary and we are just not used to it!!! :)
Re late RNS – Buyer 457,000 & 100,000
MR JOHN HUMPHREY GUNN is a Venture Capitalist from Kidlington Oxfordshire. This person was born in January 1942, which was over 82 years ago. MR JOHN HUMPHREY GUNN is British and resident in United Kingdom. This company officer is, or was, associated with at least 67 company roles.
Gives me faith that a guy who has this much experience is buying, increasing holding to 2.99%
Yes, I know its early – gusts of 40+ mph woke me up!!!
Continuing to sell off the family silver for pennies.
They need cash to buy some Discov-R units I assume?

Sold 3.5million shares
About £500k
How do you know it is TEK selling?
How much more selling does TEK need to do ?
That's the conundrum with Bell. TEK can destroy it at any time, or at least until it's better established with a decent revenue stream.
It will be a better hold once TEK are fully out imho although to be fair it can happen any place, anytime with minnows, when there's a distressed seller involved
