Doubt we'll hear anything till after the 4th April once offer is formally closed and dusted, do they need these funds to scale or have they been able to sell some in the meantime is the question??
That’s March gone
I notice another 100k shares were hoovered up at 19.5p on Friday, in the usual buying pattern as before, but still no RNS re crossing of the 1% barrier re major shareholders.
Maybe, one of the TMT lot have formed a new limited company, say in their partners name as shareholder/director – thus could buy another 4.92m shares (3%) without having to report via RNS?
Or maybe its just my imagination / conspiracy theory due to lack of information, coming forward.
I can’t believe nothing is happening with £5m in their back pocket – time will tell, but when is anybody’s guess when...hopefully in the next month or two!
Also… you rate it as ‘unbelievable’
That is spectacularly unfair
It is all we have ever had
Update due 2026
6 months after bankruptcy
All we all know is that there is no good news to share! Zero downside to sharing good news!
What they are waiting for is some good news to share!
Clearly done sod all whilst waiting for funds.
So now I assume the well rested staff are busy making as many as poss to fill the orders they have!
I assume next update will be on production being in full swing. For that they will need some ‘full swing numbers’
In essence in last 18 months they have made hardly any and sold less than they have made!
But I stand to be corrected
Cheerie as always
Unbelievable lack of communication from the business here! It's very easy to provide simple updates on a regular basis but nothing! I assume no ones bonus or pay structure is SP related.
Or maybe it could just be next week....
It’s now or never - and that’s the truth of it
I emailed them this week to remind them that its been 7 months. While they will not give me a date it might make them think to communicate. That or they leave to the 29th June like last year. It would have to be 28th as that's the Friday. That usually indicates going concern worries which should not the case this year with TMT funds.
Theboyg – oh ye of little faith!
Ever the optimist…not!!
I think they made good progress prior to the £5m fund raise, and hopefully things will start to move in the right direction quicker over the coming months.
But you are right, why they must behave like the ‘Secret Squirrel Club’ is anybody’s guess!
It doesn’t help their cause, and they should keep all shareholders advised of progress…not sure if it is on purpose or simply naivety!
Add in the company have no interest in you.
No updates whatsoever. The whole thing is appalling
But you only need to see the absence of any January update to know how bad things are
Any good news would have been advertised fella under their ‘jam tomorrow’ updates
For me, if the next update is anything other than glowing, they are finished. This will be 12p if there is anything other than good news next time. They are out of excuses
Maybe they are content to just wind down the money on salaries u til it’s time for you know what
But wealthy people entrusted the small slice of their funds. Some of it protected if bankruptcy looms I think
But they must have seen something
Fella
No hope in 6 months sadly
30p in 6 months
This is not allowing for the appalling production and reduced price sales
45p is distant dream unless Phillips offer a take over
If they I reckon 50p offer and get talked up to 60p
That is 100 million valuation
But 45 in 6 months
Not a hope
2026
Does anyone know when and what the next announcements will be for this dog ? Pretty surprised and very disappointed that there hasn't been a single RNS and the SP continues its downward trend. Rather desperate to sell out this share now, but seeing as I bought in at 45p (just days before it began its downed trend to 19p - typical!) I realistically need to stay in until I can at least break even. Hopefully I can recoup my losses in 6 months and certainly by the end of 2024....
What do you know???
I like your style
Somebody still selling - not sure where the hoover is to take up the slack - oh, well lets have another 50k @ 19.875!
Hum - wasn't expecting a 3p drop - oh, well just helped myself to another 50k shares at 19.9p - seemed rude not to!!
Few sells recently
But I am sure an update any year now will assuage any concerns
I have taken the view that BELL have been waiting for the deal to close to release the year end report. So maybe this week. That way they can talk about both in interviews with certainty. Decent numbers/outlook and the SP may establish more of an uptrend.
Who knows as it only a matter of weeks. There seems to be some reshuffling among the TMT lot. At a guess, some are staying around and increasing their holding at the right price as they can see the longer-term potential, others legging it, taking a quick small profit and no doubt moving on to the next project as that’s their strategy.
I suspect over the coming weeks, this will continue, price flat lining as other holders get fed up (or maybe using this loss to offset other profits before the EOY) sell and this surplus hoovered up at the right price!
I’m just surprised that we haven’t had more RNS’s as the 3%+ Major Shareholders lot re reporting they have crossed either way each %, which makes me doubt my assumption!
Who knows, its only my guess, but even I’m starting to question my guesses!
Well, In for a Penny, Death or Glory and all that for me – or as Corporal Jones would say, ‘ don’t panic Mr Mannering’
As its Sunday morning, just a bit off fun - www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcZe2jJdgcU
Now that the TMTA deal has completed and shares transferred, what are people’s predictions for this EOY SP ?
Final word on this matter from me-‘ cos in the end it’s unimportant-but in my experience, market makers, like Winterflood, may hold appreciable numbers of stocks in major companies, but very rarely are prepared to do so in small relatively illiquid AIM stocks-and when ever trying to sell such stocks it is not unusual to be unable to get any bid at any price.
Worth about £125k those 2 buys at the end. Market maker is obligated to provide a market even in low liquid conditions. That is why the spreads are so wide (>10% usually). They are required to maintain inventory so as to be manage risk exposure effectively.
I'd be surprised if MM's wanted to sit on 300k (or whatever the volume was?) shares in an AIM company out of fear that they cannot sell them again but who knows....let's hope it's the start of a massive re-rate!
I think the market maker is on the other end of the order. It was executed at the bid price and not the ask price.
