Mr ST "..... LTH here have made up to 1000% since the 20p price just over a year ago"
The way you say it its as though that's a lot? ;0)
Wyn: "MR ST, I didn't say I was selling I was just asking how you knew this fall was MM manipulation.
Also mikey said there was a massive seller off loading. are you both right"?
Look, everyone here wants to make money in the end, STH or LTH, we just have different approaches. I just know that 80% of day traders lose money every day by trying to trade (check research on google), and on the other hand many LTH here have made up to 1000% since the 20p price just over a year ago.
Now, on the point I made, I thought I was clear, STH will sell to trade here and they are the ones whose shares are sold and bought. One thing I also know is that we haven't had a TR1 for God knows how long, so any BIG order here is not that big in my books. The day you get the TR1, point it to me and I may say, WOW, that was a big trade moving the price.
Good luck with your trades.

re..I think its just that some people are selling and some people are buying and some people are holding. It could also be that someone is buying what someone else is selling but probably more likely that the person selling is selling to the person buying.
.....this might help clear some folks thoughts;)

Just my view on it DYOR etc.
hear, hear Mr SpaceT, .....some people have their own agenda and will never lister to reason, they think they are right and try to bully, keep up the good work

The video is about 15 years old and we have a lot more tighter regs now to try and stop a lot of those practises, but I am not an innocent that does not believe skull duggary goes on but at the same time I don't believe it is as widespread and as common as many assume.
Right now this is and has been, in a trading range and most professional traders (if they bothered with this stock, which actually I doubt) are waiting for a decisive move before buying or off loading, (233p-275p)
Cheers
Nearly posted this on Twitter the other day. We are minnows in a sea full of sharks.
Win, no LTH will sell here knowing what we do and especially now that we have our test. IMO you must be out of your mind to sell here. I don't think many people realise who significant our affimer based test is? We are now open to all types of tests, Zica, drugs test, Sars, you name it!
Short termers will sell as the title says it all, but LTH will hold the shares dearly. However, the MMs will want the LTH to sell and then you get the below video. A must watch and you will see what these MMs are up to:

trader(s) out not funds! according to Cornelius on twitter, seem to know what he,s on with .
Just a massive holder offloading into volume IMO, supply isn't infinite so will be done at some point
Hopefully the presentation gives us some easter eggs tomorrow
Fits the pattern described in the article on MM’s that I read in Investors Chronicle.
As a newby to AIM I’m never quite sure what to think when posters claim “MM games”
Type “shake your market maker” into google
The Investors Chronicle article having that title should appear.
(if I use a link to this you have to subscribe first! )
A useful read if new to this game!
i agree Mr Space, these MM's are a pain, i think most knowledgeable posters will concur.............just saying.........
Plenty plenty of movement tomorrow-expected to upwards!!
MR ST, how do you know, every time the SP goes down, its the MM's tree shaking? And if not every time, why this time then, in particular?
Just asking
The MMs are doing their best to shake the LTH here; the max they get are the STH who try to trade on the awful trends available to them.
The day the MMs realise the LTH here see AVCT like those who hold TESLA shares they will understand it.
Also, the use of Affimer non-antibody binding proteins provides an advantage over current antibody-based detection systems

Steve Burton, President of Astrea Bioseparations commented:
“Affimer reagents are high-performance proteinaceous ligands that have been engineered for a wide range of applications as superior alternatives to antibody-based ligands. They can be used to selectively bind difficult targets, even where antibodies and aptamers have shown limitations”
If you don't believe Astrea, re-read EnergyShares excellent post of 6/3/21
"Imagine holding a 15 stock portfolio in biotech and diagnostic companies..."
Nice reminder thanks , You can see that article & many other published affimer publications below

Zica, Chicungunha, Yellow fever, Malaria, H1N1, Sars, Mers, you name it!
Have you got the link to that beinthelead?
Another fascinating use for Affimers
Study confirming that diagnostics in areas outside of Covid are missing affimers in their products. Current CEA diagnostic market is projected to be worth ~£2bn in 2023.
Key excerpts below. Notice Abcam are supplying. Pretty typical I imagine, but warming to see the relationship.
Shamsuddin, S.H., Jayne, D.G., Tomlinson, D.C. et al. Selection and characterisation of Affimers specific for CEA recognition. Sci Rep 11, 744. Jan 2021
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is the only blood based protein biomarker at present, used for preoperative screening of advanced colorectal cancer (CRC) patients to determine the appropriate curative treatments and post-surveillance screening for tumour recurrence. Current diagnostics for CRC detection have several limitations and development of a highly sensitive, specific and RAPID DIAGNOSTIC device is required. The majority of such devices developed to date are antibody-based and suffer from shortcomings including multimeric binding, cost and difficulties in mass production. To circumvent antibody-derived limitations, the present study focused on the development of Affimer proteins as a novel alternative binding reagent for CEA detection. Here, we describe the selection, from a phage display library, of Affimers specific to CEA protein. Characterization of three anti-CEA Affimers reveal that these bind specifically and selectively to protein epitopes of CEA from cell culture lysate and on fixed cells. Kinetic binding analysis by SPR show that the Affimers bind to CEA with high affinity and within the nM range. Therefore, they have substantial potential for used as novel affinity reagents in diagnostic imaging, targeted CRC therapy, affinity purification and biosensor applications.

To circumvent antibody-derived limitations, the present study focused on the development of Affimer proteins as a novel alternative binding reagent for CEA detection.
This is the first report to demonstrate a novel affinity reagent generated against CEA-derived from a highly stable non-immunoglobulin Affimer protein scaffold. The successful results indicate the potential of Affimers to be exploited in diagnostic imaging as molecular probes for imaging CEA expressed by tumours.
CEA was sourced from Abcam and was biotinylated with a fivefold molar excess of EZ-Link NHS-SS-Biotin (Thermo Scientific) for 1 h at 20 °C and then desalted using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (Thermo Scientific).
