They've been getting gas out since the 1950s. Now they want us out of the way? A sort of a Geoexit?
Supportive partners they probably want us out of the way so they can reap the rewards. Who knows what goes on behind closed. When is our appeal being heard? Do we have a timescale
TPT, you certainly are the most supportive partner. All together in 'Eddie the Eagle' performance.
Got to agree geo. Do not look like they have been supportive in any way shape or form towards AST , ****ing bunch of free loaders
So, being one of their biggest customers you imply they would impart some importance to AST? Again a cryptic reply which only speculates.
If AST had any sense they would go with the local company in Croatia that they have been dealing up till now, INA. That would also send a message to Geonergo showing the lack of confidence in Geonergo after the way AST has been treated in Slovenia. Geonergo is the local company in Slovenia and has not provided the local political support to AST, of if they have it has been ineffective.
Ascent have utilised Petrol Geo’s expertise and resources, one of their biggest customers!...
Could also continue in Croatia too???.....
You're always a bit cryptic in your posts TPT. Are you asserting that they are Petrol Geo employees or that they are being protected? If it's the latter you assert it with no evidence.
Petrol Geo need to show they are actively attempting to protect their 40 employees which they are!....
Have to agree with your substantive points Scott. Doesn't help us though.
Stockdale , the only people suffering ere are the pi who believed we were dealing with a country within the European union , who would adhere to the rules and laws of the law makers in Brussels, unfortunately they seem very happy to take the subsidies which come there way, which without looking will be larger than what they contribute, another question, could you Imagine the British government and environment agency carrying on like this towards a foreign firm investing £50 million within Britain,
Surely Geonergo are suffering now as well? Even if they don't have responsibility it would make good sense for them to use their local Slovene status to help. They may be busy but if their very existence at Petisovci is threatened surely would help? Busy or not.
bradis - it was mentioned verbally by Colin in at least one GM or presentation, and he confirmed that by e-mail. Ask him.
Lejjb, have you read/seen a copy of the JV agreement?
Stockdale - please remember that:
- Geo is part of the Croatia national energy management company, and it has many many many more things than Petisovci to deal with so little time for Ascent (CH said that in Feb 2019).
- The JV agreement states that Ascent needs to pay all the legal costs (CH said that several times) - of course this is a ****ty clause, but this is what Ascent is bound by now.
I've not posted here for some time. Good to see some usual names still posting here.
I believed in Colin 2 years ago, but this has been a massive disappointment and like others here, I've lost tens of thousands of pounds. It hurts me to see massive salaries still being paid out with a promise of jam, not tomorrow, but maybe in 2121 or beyond and countless dilutions inbetween just for good measure, to keep the lights on for more excuses and to maintain that gravy train for as long as possible. Colin needs to stand up and deliver some shareholder value as far as I'm concerned.
AST took on responsibility for financing the company. But it's not sensible that Geonergo have done nothing to help. They are suffering as well. They have the local Slovene influence, or should have.
Supportive really, how and when?, left Ascent high and dry at times, silly statement.
Afrim,
Oh well!... You entitled to your opinion....
“Certainly looks like our partners PETROL are pulling the stops out!....?....;-)” . What a bull**** statement! I can’t believe, for over two years, I thought that your are genuine investors . You are no doubt part of the same establishment. Milking us and this company relentlessly. Where was Petrol for all this years? Now they decided to put a stop?!!!! A Slovenian company in partnership with the government now realised that something is not right and need to act!!! Just go and hide somewhere. You are embarrassing.
No win no fee why not imagine that in an rns it would work wonders for the sp.
The deadline for filing an appeal to the Administrative Court was 15 July 2019 and the partners have filed their appeal.
Certainly looks like our partners PETROL are pulling the stops out!....?....;-)
