It’s only a matter of time before Ella uses the bullying card. Always the same when you question someone’s negativity and they can’t provide a reasonable response.
SeisNav. That new application on southern Zaco was registered same day as the other two, 3rd Dec. So will be kicked out soon enough.
as for the self removed post @Extra-don't worry there's a copy. It' s in the backed up file with the rest
Getting desperate !!!!!!! That was along time ago, just after Arc bought the Kalahari license in an area that a Colin Bird company likes to think they control.
I asked Ella what happened to her message around mid day on Tuesday abut the licences. They seem to have been removed -by whom I wonder and why??
I am not in the habit of responding to imaginary messages -is he/she now getting desperate??
I see that Mushy and Co. Have applied for the licence on the southern Zaco block now despite their other applications being binned in very short order! Comical really. Usually these license applications hang around for a while before disappearing so it is very telling just how quickly they were removed.
Turtle - I think that's as close to an apology as you'll get... lol
Hi Turtlewax,
I hadn't checked the mining cadastre today - good spot. I had checked at some point yesterday and they were still present.
Any thoughts on our pre Chrismas closing price?
Ella, as you were the first the break news of the applications on our licences, I thought you would be the first to break the news these applications no longer appear to be on the mining cadastre?
Or does this not suit your obvious negative agenda?
It's still today until it's tomorrow so plenty of time yet...
Anyone seen any of the promised details on the virtual AGM and registration? Maybe I missed it. Today is the deadline according to the RNS where notice of the AGM was given. Thanks!
Interesting quoted response from NvS below.
I asked a different question yesterday and got a response that I was hoping for.
Together they picture warrants the top up I made on Monday.
Albeit the seat at this poker table will turn me grey…
GLALTH.
I do wonder what they can discuss at the AGM without releasing it to the market first. Will we see an RNS on the drilling etc. before then?
I do feel that this drilling season has been all about establishing fair terms for any deal. If we haven’t managed to hit an ore body it would put us in a weaker negotiating position for sure but would it mean the majors are no longer interested? Of course not, after all we have barely scratched the surface of the targets within our licenses. Only a fool would write off licenses with proven sulphide deposits at multiple locations at a time when copper is so highly prized.
I request every one to drop an email to NvS and team if they have any queries around license. I got below response to my queries (hardly anything). Being a LTH, I found it reliable to get information from management (Off course , if u trust them ).

Hi Nick,
Hope you are well.I am a long term retail shareholder in ARC mineral since you have joined the board. As a long term holder, the thing that worries me most is the mud slinging that is happening on various forums about our licenses in Zambia. I am aware of the RNS that was released recently. The retail sentiment is ebbing due to this. I hope this will be covered in the upcoming AGM. Also, this year we hardly had any flow of drilling /assay news . Are we still facing logistic challenges (lab delay) ? The reason I ask this question is because we will be approaching the wet season soon. Thank you for your responses
Regards

XXXXXX, we will update at the AGM.
Regards,
Nick
Well pointed out seisnav.
Hence the trolls, the fake news, the “without merit” legal shenanigans.
Details of the virtual AGM by tomorrow.
Excellent point....very important,he knows what we are worth...
It's also worth remembering that Mushinge wasn't removed from the company until 4 months after the commencement of the EA with Anglo American so he would have been privy to a lot of information about the talks and also informal talks with other companies before that. He knows the score... thats why he's fighting so hard to get something out of this deal.
It's good to see Mushinge and Chisala throwing their hats in the ring over Handa and the Northern Zaco areas, they clearly think that's where the big prize is to be found and I must say I agree with them. Of course folk should realise they have no hope of getting their greasy mits on them. :-)
On a side note it's nice to see the Mushinge and Chisala families getting involved in charity work:

I must say it all looks above board and in no way a scam.
"Folk need to remember" that you are lying and twisting everything that moves Ella. Mushy was Zamsort, and before it was known what he was really like he was invited onto the ARC board as an NED for the purposes of Arc increasing their overall holding of the total license area. Subsequently it has doubled (30% to over 60%) Mushy was removed from the BoD role after several transgressions and then that act that is now at the center of a court case. The previous copper from Kalaba was the test run under Don to show it was viable-but thank you for allerting us to the "missing tailings"-I'm pretty sure Mushy will thank you in his own special way.
Thanks Ortus,
I hadn't spent time to find any links. I agree the Zambian government need to encourage foreign investment but they have also promised benefits to Zambians.
Folk need to remember that NVS was in charge when MM was invited to join ARCM as a director. NVS was also in charge when a lease for Kalaba was agreed with MM for no charge. There was obviously something odd about the lease, particularly as the use of As far as I am aware the the only income ARCM received the previous year was from the sale of copper from Kalaba so I think the class test would have required shareholders to be notified of this lease. We weren't notified about the lease until the annual report was published and possibly only then because it was already being heavily discussed on these forums due to the court case.
I personally have no concerns over the licenses.
The Zambian government wil not allow their mining licences to be seen as unreliable or unsecure investments. HH's presidency and planned economic recovery is based around expanding the Zambian copper output to feed the ever growing global demand. This all depends on foreign investment and I am sure they understand that If they allow such uncertainty to develop, they will not see the future foreign investment required to achieve HH's plans.
I also have full faith in the Zambian judicial system and the assets.
Having said that I do have some concerns over NVS, the companies continuing silence on CE scoping study and lack of information on this year's driling progress and results.
One of the company's for these new applications is called Tonawanda Procurement.
There's a company called Zaco Investments LLC in the US registered at Tonawanda Drive (obviously not our Zaco Ltd Co). Too random to be coincidence.
A certain ex director of ARCM is on the board of this company.
Easy dots to join with this one IMO.
The applications will likely disappear or sit around doing nothing. Just like his last application has without approval for the last 9 months.
Ella
Thanks -but nothing clearer to convince me about the veracity of your statement,
Which licence area/s are you alleging are being targetted?
Btw-what happened to your earlier post this morning about the applications-seems to have disappeared?
Ella -another lie-" I don't know the ownership of the companies " you do,and I do. You are careful trying not to assossiate your comments to the future court cases- Far ,far too late. But you spoke the truth " and the applications are still just that". But those useless applications (LEL or LOL) also form part of the circumstance, again useful in court-I wonder how difficult it is to prove substantial links between the main protagonists ? Answer-Not difficult at all !!!! As if it were not silly enough to try and "crowbar" licenses ,Mushy and Chisler then go and do something blatant and dumb right in the middle of it ! Remind me to thank them when they get out ! Since it's nearly Christmas-I'll keep the analogies festive-You have created a bloody pantomime, your role is the rear end of the cow, and your goose is cooked.
And thus the slur campaign continues; glad you have found your calling if life Ella.
Assume there's not much to stop me firing off some licence applications either. A bit like certain court cases, it doesn't mean they have any merit!
