George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
The only problem I have : Board thinks they have Midas touch with license. I would rather wait for first few drill results before running on a buying spree with Equity dilution. NvS constantly says *end game" . Hope he doesn't mean "Game end for Equity" .
Exited this position after financing package arrived earlier. Any great project never gets overlooked by majors. In all honesty, financing package was underwhelming and JM never had skin in the game. For him this was day job, so last thing in his mind would shareholders interest. Nonetheless, this has Glencore all over it but not a cash offer , it would be from Adminstration.
Why would you trust Myles for that matter ? He is going to take his profits. If you believe some one is eternally long on AIM biotech sector then you are too gullible. You should take your profits and move on. All this argument of rising 10 times on a RNS is beggars belief. Look at his u turn on BIDS
Are AA playing some game taking this much time ?? At this pace, AA might scoop up surrounding license. What exactly is being analyzed as drilling has now not been done for almost over a year.
Apologies but what exactly do you need to be clarified. What is ur definition of "prevailing price" ? No choice of word , would satisfy you. Good attempt for de-ramp though.
"The price paid by Piedmont for each shipment of the Spodumene Concentrate will be determined using the prevailing price of lithium products, ensuring the Company captures value-add margins."
Must be some rubbish from short term trader. Would be more than happy as a LTH.
He doesn't know anything which is why he could buy.
Are you expecting Simwin to update their website even before BIDS announce it ? AIM companies have a habit of sharing immaterial news via RNS. I am disappointed BIDS is not doing it. Regarding court case ,unless BIDS's management is utterly incompetent (don't look to be atleast looking at latest recruits resume) or made a binding contract using askalawyer website, I don't see any one in right mind suing azerion for non payment of invoice ,only to be later sued for damages.
This isn't for faint hearted. I am ready to loose everything. Everyone has his/her own circumstances. Good luck everyone.
Lot of PDMR selling also supports your view point. It's quite common to issue profit warning.

Have a read of this if it helps. Slightly different audience base.
I m out due to personal reasons.Indeed this perfect storm. Previous, AA (previous owner) JV'ing is a great sign of confidence. NvS and Remi unlike few other AIM CEO are very capable of delivering shareholder.
It's a sound investment for REE exposure. No need of ramping.
CB has to be over enthusiastic as his bread and butter are PI's. He leads a good lifestyle. Rinse and Repeat. Excite PI on a prospect and move onto next prospect.
Fool
Least to forget, this is oven ready cake for a potential buyer which has proved profitability and has a sound business model.
Frankly speaking director buys mean nothing. I have seen director pouring in money in failing companies. He has a degree of confidence to buy at a higher price in open market. Not to forget we had an offer from AAA for £12. Hope this plays out nicely. Not sure, if it is an opportunity to nibble few or wait cautiously. Good luck to LTH.
You mean Goldman ****
Good PR for Kazera. As a mining investor, jurisdiction and license risk is always taken into account. As an investor, I would like to see project with good IRR and payback period rather than some opportunistic project as those hardly pass stress test.
Would be interested to see Ghana sovereign fund involvement.
Can't ignore this beauty ??. When Shaun says defence to offence....you can conclude. I hope Shaun was not cheekily referring to Newcrest when he said in interview "it's been a good transaction not all transaction are".
