I'm the youngest person here lol I'm only 16
LB,
Haha mines given up asking me to sell now - She thinks I’m truely mental, If I ever watch anything on my phone I get the question. - is that Bitcoin man, meaning PW.
Not the South Sea bubble but the tulip bubble. Good luck to us all!
62 tomorrow....
Will hang on 'til I'm 66 or this is £15 - whichever is sooner...
I'm in EUA, UFO & CNEL which also could do it for me :-)
59.
Got into Arb in December after losing about 40% in leisure/pharma companies.
May be able to retire early !
My birth certificate says 53, my body says 73 and my brain 23.
mctickle that is absolutely the kind of thing I love hearing.... I cannot wait for a year or two when we can all look back at this and share some of the truly lifechanging moments this company is enabling. I bet PW would love to hear that kind of account too tbh. Maybe we should write him a book of thanks with some anecdotes in future.
Fwiw I tried explaining the situation to my other half when I told her I was £1,000 up. Sell, she replied. I didn't. Told her again at £2,000. Sell now, she said. I didn't. Told her again at £5,000. I cannot believe you haven't sold yet, you have to sell now, she said. I didn't. I've just stopped telling her since New Year. :)
Keeponlosing,
Haha good luck Buddy, Just had our second and 2 is double the fun but twice as hard ;)
Sorry to drag down the average age, but I'm 68 in April..
But young at heart of course!
46 actual, mental age 12 according to my other half, but that's 1 year older than her mental age. I've played over plenty of what if's. Just going to see how far this goes. I can imagine some people most have paper losses/gains in 5 maybe even 6 figures daily. I wonder how I'll fair if we get there.....GLA
Now you point it out I do like his TV shows? Ah haa
31 next week and baby number 2 due around the same time. Glad I found this share (and you guys) to make for a better future for the bambino’s!
The Economist,
Interesting - I’ll be planning on doing something when I retire maybe along those lines as looking to do something worthwhile so to speak where about s you planning on doing it ? If we are semi local maybe I could help on some small way.
Tomahawk101, Bounced Back? You sound like Alan Partridge :).
29 but approaching 16! (According to those close to me i'm immature :)).
53 Married divorced....Broke! Bounced back, 2009 recession....Broke! bounced back again and doing well now with new business that thrives on times like this. Quite deep in here but given what you read above nothing scares me but I feel I deserve 3rd time lucky. If I lose again so be it but more than confident this is going places ??
Ha ha I'm 68! Started investing before the 'big bang' , and been through the 'dot com' bust, the financial crash of 2008, and so I'm just taking this as it comes...bought my first ones at 30p after my nephew got me interested after he bought at 10p. I would just say don't fall in love with any share, and don't invest with money you can't afford to lose - basic investing rules.
42 here, be nice to be able to pay a good chunk of my mortgage off early, get it off the books, not sure I hold enough for all of it, but with the news still to come and PW at the helm, it may well be! Good luck all.
Albert I had the 82 down as your year of birth for some reason :-)
60 - have run own travel business for 30 years - no income for nearly a year now.
Wife works as a nurse in nursing home - seen multiple covid deaths.
Waiting for £6 - will sell a third and will tell mrs m mortgage paid off - she has no idea!
21. Argo has been my third bagger so far

I'm 23. Invested part of my student loans at 5p average and still holding a decent amount today. I'm not active on here because this is my long term hold and I'm not fussed about day to day movements. Also I feel unbelievably blessed and lucky to be in this position so not stressed at all. Hopefully some of you LTHs at 5p still remember me! Gla.
Granny is 78 and still much telling me that we hodl till she is 80. Then we can tour the world together.
Mid 40's - want to semi retire by 50 - and this baby might just help me to do it.
Then I am setting up a shelter /school for children. thats' the plan anyway!!
Lots, I feel like an 18 year old, but I can't find one.
