Cheers Seamus, Done some research into big investment, Hoping to sell some here and reduce the risk in here just in case, and getting in mining share. Take care.
Hey Vega
Thanks buddy
It was always my plan to jump back in and certainly still intend to
Also great to see so many new posters here although I fear some don't understand this like some LTH
Hopefully that won't matter and everyone makes a good few quid :) (including me)
Seamus, Nice to see you post here with your sincere position. Happy you are doing well with your investment and hope you will be back in, one day.
When I first saw the large buys I was expecting a large short at around 17-20p
Would of been a smart move- £10m drive up SP short it make your 10M
Free ride of 10m to turn it to 100-200m if SOA goes through
FYI-I'm using 10m as an example
Going to be a rocky few weeks but huge upside if all goes well
I still think as most sensible here do that's it is still binary and I'd say 60-40 in Amigo favour right now. I was 40-60 against a few weeks ago
As I’ve said I believe the scheme will go through, or I believe the bigger players have something going on behind the scenes
Something is happening and it’s exciting times
I’d like to see the reason behind the large buys though
Mark
If the scheme doesn't go through they will have to revert paying back claims
Amigo can't use their cash without prior approval from FCA
They have said in the webcast if anyone bothered to listen to the whole thing for an hour they have cash in reserve if the scheme doesn’t go ahead... it’s all their in the presentation
Zero chance of paying complaints in full regardless of fund raise..we have to pay back multi £££ to senior note holders in 2 years also. The window to get through it is now as we cant afford more setbacks/delays.
After all the business model is sound and this way they might succeed regardless?
I.e. could Amigo be looking for cash so that if the SOA fails they’ll have the cash to deal with the complaints provision?
Maverick - do you think these shares are derivates swaps?
Just keeps happening, day after day. There is no denying it. Millions upon millions of shares bought and not RNS’d, yet. May well be a 3rd institutional investor or more from our current crop but the buys are happening and it’s not PI’s. Let’s see what next week brings. https://twitter.com/josephj84647953/status/1367925220636557312?s=21
We don't know when the herd comes back. We know however that this will happen at some point.
Yes totally agree Traveller, games afoot, we need to hold tight, as one TR1 / RN's changes everything.....
Mav - still those 435pm off book trades - over 2 weeks now. I’ve stayed quiet today as I think no 1 person on this board including me knows what is happening. Personally I still think big news due and TR1s are due. Definitely. It’s been a super week and making some money was very welcomed. TA tells me this drops Monday but given the movements today nothing is guaranteed - I’m firmly in and holding. GL for the coming weeks.
Thaw I believe you've noticed this pattern for sometime...
I've decided to top up again at these levels before its too late, because news on a third possible Institute buying / interested would send this to new heights.
Link above shows all trades. Share magazine is not a comprehensive view of trades :)
Thanks Paul, much appreciated. I usually check the day's trades on the London Stock Exchange website (delayed by 15 min) where you can download the trades of the day as a CSV, but strangely it is not displaying the full day's trades.

Sorry, what I mean to say is that I cannot see the bulk of the trades, just the one for 114,702shares at 13p.
Mav, I think there's a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.
I'm holding no matter what!
This is gonna be massive and people will be asking how we bought so cheap!
I wonder where the screenshot is from?
I can't see it here: https://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/shares/share/AMGO/trades
Any idea?
they surely cant keep walking the price down, its criminal at these prices
