It may actually be the same judge as before, he distinctly stated ' Come back to me with a better/revised scheme'. At the hearing we were due to have the same judge as the previous hearing before that, hence they thought it would be a walk in the park, however the judge was ill, and the last judge was his short notice replacement. So highly likely same judge as before this time round, as he's already familiar with the case.
Why do some posters talk out of their backside all the time, the suspension is for the 2 days of the court hearing, it will be lifted the morning of the day after, just like last time ffs
Shares will be suspended for a week or so. From the court hearing until the final response which usually takes these judges 5 to 10 days to pontificate having looked at some past cases inc. ours last year. What will be interesting is how the SP is then influenced by GJ and the RNS flow. Will they still make black clouds out of the dilution or will it be about relending, the new products and the opportunity to participate in something fresh and exciting. My money is on the latter and though I can see the SP going 80% up on a positive outcome. I also see a sustained rise because surely with the risk removed, serious RI's will want to get their hands on as many cheap options as possible. Some will think of waiting for the new issuance, but there is no guarantee at all they'll get meaningful access as the II's will be funding the bulk of the future business and RI's maybe 25%. We will get a significant discount when the time comes I believe and FOMO can do amazing things. Time will tell.

FYI Below is the extract from the RNS, it clearly states shares will suspended during the court hearing.
Proposed temporary suspension of shares
In order to avoid the possibility of asymmetric information in the market during the period of the Court hearing, Amigo intends to request from the FCA a temporary suspension of its listing of its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each nominal value, which are listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Temporary Suspension of Shares') for the period from the date of the Court hearing, starting 23 May 2022, until such time as the Company has time to update the market.
Craignews - I'm not talking out of my bum. I'm taking the exact wording of the RNS and not applying any of my own narrative to it.
You said 'As they’ve already stated, it’s a 2 day suspension for the duration of the hearing'. I said, they haven't stated that. Main reason for me saying that is because you're wrong. All they've said is that they'll request suspension before the hearing.
TC101 - the judge is not known until the day before court, the name of the judge will be listed on the court site, exactly the same as last year.
Daniel
They will update the market straight after the hearing, just like last time, stop talking out of your bum
Do we know if it’s the same judge?
Thats true don't know why its showing that price then?
Crazy spread 6.11p sell 8.53p buy?
Last year, it was suspended early on the morning of the Court and the suspension was removed after 18.00 on final day of Court. We never had the Judges ruling for several days ( the following week )after that and trading was allowed between the end of the Court date and the Judges verdict ! So please do not let any de-rampers scare you into thinking there is an alternative motive for suspension if they do the same as last year !
No, they've stated it's a temporary suspension from the 23rd until such time they have something to update the market.
That doesn't automatically make it just 2 days for the duration.
As they’ve already stated, it’s a 2 day suspension for the duration of the hearing
If they do an equity placing whilst suspended then we all know the real reason why they've asked the FCA to suspend the share
Yes that would make the most sense, hopefully won’t be more than a few days of suspension :) Hopefully we get the best results and after the suspension we’re on the up! GLA
I suspect they will suspend until a decision has been made - it might not be on the day of the hearing (hopefully it is though)
yeah you cant buy for the day
Oh ok perfect, got a bit confused what people were on about on here, but that makes sense and I’d have expected them to suspend through the hearing :) thanks!
Yes, and I'm not sure why certain de-rampers keep going on about it.
Trading is suspended during the case, so leaks out of the court hearing don't influence the share price till the decision is made. Same happened at the last hearing, as members here were in the courtroom, giving live updates to the chat boards
Do we know any more about the trading suspension?
