Ev van no good for myself at the moment run it constant all day going from breakdown to breakdown to service hgv. Also our vans are on 24hr callouts and most of the haulage companies are on time delivery and can be financially penalised if they don't make the delivery time slots.Diesel takes couple minutes to fill and lasts a few days So until fast chargers can give the range in the same time frame for multiple vehicles it's a no from me
Thanks for clarifying DW, that's why I asked because it was an assumption :)
Still seems strange you making an assumption about why AB didn't travel to the US, in this thread about differences between FCEL and AFC, but I guess you're just frustrated with the SP?
Come on Chucky stick to the DW narrative - AB is a crook, he lacks integrity and sits behind his desk twiddling his thumbs.
That’s why DW has invested so much money in AFC! The G of ESG being critical to his investment strategy.
Cough cough
I'd planned to make a post with some other information, but will only jump on this post just to clarify the situation.
I'm travelling to the States next week, I need the covid pass, a letter from the embassy after a lengthy application process, including a special invitation from a company in the USA who have the authority to invite people. Finally I must also be working within a select group of "essential services" or however you may want to put it. My travel is for air ambulance, I don't want to make the journey (my first abroad in sometime), my point being that it is not easy to get in, maybe possible but they were pretty strict on essential services and such.
DW under which of the exemptions listed here do you believe AB could travel? I can't see that he fits any of these categories.

DW disingenuous comments tonight tell you everything about him. He can’t be a shareholder.
The most annoying poster on here which is saying something.
Sad individual
DW - you know full well that AB was unable to travel due to US Covid travel rules regardless of his vaccination status. Be careful or someone will be tracking your IP address with your plainly ridiculous and libellous comments!
You’re going on filter yet again.
The are numerous examples of AB travelling for business. Personally I think it's fair enough that he didn't travel to the US given the circumstances, but I respect others may have a different view.
Regardless, why do people think that the SP would have followed FCELs today if he had travelled??
Oh really, assumed they were a little more relaxed for the rich
Not correct superstar. Same rules ....
Always helps when you fly private jet too
Slightly different rules for elite athletes.
I see Anthony Joshua has turned up in California looking for a new trainer. Funny how some people seem to be able to get round the US travel ban. Not AB unfortunately!
Nick exactly plus if anyone is doing their due diligence then they will see how connected we are to ABB and that big things are due with them, they will see that’s only one of our partners and that any partnership takes time to go from concept to orders, but they are due to come
In the last month or so we've had official updates on EE and Urban Airport, although unfortunately we had to deal with AB being unable to travel and present with ABB, but that was clearly beyond control. It's a pretty similar flow of news from FCEL really.
I think it comes back to you 'know whats' being announced, we need proof of commercial concept to attract the new wave of investors...?
Oh DW how tedious you sound.
Personally, I’m prepared to wait until COP26 where I’d hope to receive some sort of news. We’re very much in H2 so plenty of time before year end as well.
With billions of dollars pouring into the US sector, including Fuel Cell Energy that is 16% up having added AFC's entire MCap in early trading, there must be a chance that investors will be looking to put some money into comparative tiddlers like AFC. It would certainly seem like the ideal time for the company to start delivering on those H2 expectations.
