Good rns
1.50+ today me hopes..
Really good confident update. No slippage on timing, and CH-1 needs drilling and completing to hook up to that spur when it's ready. If ever that licence was imminent, now seems the time ;-)
That's not Rojo, it's Yoyo or Prosiwotsito. Same thing really.
Morning rojo...
Years talk about pipeline.wast time for rns.same old.no license
"We wish to note the professionalism and commitment of the TPDC and highlight the importance the Tanzanian Government attaches to completing the Pipeline as soon as possible."
"As soon as possible"
Tender issued in July
"There are two rainy seasons—the heaviest rains (called masika ) usually fall from mid-March to May, and a shorter period of rain (called vuli ) occurs from November to mid-January."
Could they issue the contract to the winning tender in time to complete the pipeline before the November rain starts?
Just about possible?
Licence is IMMINENT say ARA on their website.
The fact the pipeline is going ahead also confirms the licence WILL be issued.
Agree. This is putting the cart before the horse. Issue us with the licence so work can commence.
Simple.
Now more reassurance has come along in RNS firm where as a result of the meeting.....
"during a recent operations meeting in Muscat, Oman with ARA Petroleum Tanzania (APT) and Aminex, the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) updated the joint venture partners on its progress to construct a pipeline spur from Ntorya to the Madimba gas processing plant (the Pipeline)"
It's time for some serious confidence to build here
Where is this licence, pointless news without this and still we are no further forward and unable to start anything.
This is just a confirmation that everything is OK. No one need be worried
It is all coming along very nicely , more news due so hope to finish blue . hold tight to those golden tickets .
Not sure what new information is in this RNS . Can't be long now for the licence RNS
Aminex, the oil and gas exploration and development company focused on Tanzania, is pleased to announce that during a recent operations meeting in Muscat, Oman with ARA Petroleum Tanzania (APT) and Aminex, the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) updated the joint venture partners on its progress to construct a pipeline spur from Ntorya to the Madimba gas processing plant (the Pipeline). The TPDC told Aminex and APT that:
● It has acquired the land required for the Pipeline.
● It has completed all front-end engineering and design works required for the construction of a 35km pipeline to connect to the TPDC's existing processing and transmission infrastructure at Madimba.
● It is in the process of completing the necessary Environmental Impact Study in relation to the construction of the Pipeline.
● It expects to issue a tender for the construction of the Pipeline in July 2024.
The TPDC is responsible for the Pipeline's construction. At the meeting with Aminex and ARA, it reiterated its, and the Tanzanian Government's, firm commitment to achieving first gas as soon as possible, with a deadline of no later than mid-2025.
Charles Santos, Executive Chairman of Aminex commented:
"We are very appreciative of the TPDC's update on the Pipeline, the construction of which is a critical milestone in bringing Ntorya gas to the people of Tanzania. We wish to note the professionalism and commitment of the TPDC and highlight the importance the Tanzanian Government attaches to completing the Pipeline as soon as possible. This commitment is rooted in Ntorya's importance in helping to relieve energy poverty and improve energy security for the people of Tanzania. Although this construction is outside our control, we will endeavour to keep shareholders updated as we receive information from the TPDC as construction proceeds".
RJ,
Ah yes, I was just catching up on the other posts LOL!
I think this is the big hint "This landmark visit set the stage for the next chapter of ARA Petroleum’s endeavours in Tanzania."
Set the stage? A stage set up for a Licence presentation?
Next chapter? Developing Ntorya?
Yes SC we eventually established all that thanks
They visited the Oman Petroleum & Energy Show, this was held on 22–24 April 2024.
