Yes, you’ve said. Repeatedly.
I invested in this company heavily as I thought the Government contract would be massive;have averaged down hopefully not wasted money;YEAR END 2020 £5.3 MILLION Turnover ADMIN expenses £7.8 MILLION,Loss of £3.3 million:From 2012/16 this companies losses have totalled £9 million:either directors are taking a massive salary/to many staff? How has this company survived?
Raised £20 million Dec 2020:spent £8.9 million on expanding facilities;June 2021 £5million in cash in bank;Dec2021 £5.9 million fundraise:Revenue £1.7 million last interim results;(loss of £3 million) £4 million loss on last final results:obviously thought they were going g to get
big Government contract,Hopefully DHSC pay up sooner "rather than later; So to say they could be "turning over £10 million a year and most of that could be profit:is IMHO very optimistic
And the ramp was:
“ These guys are on the up!
Are these new positions to fill the recently announced new contracts work or maybe loading up the staff levels for what they know (but we don't yet) is coming next?”
But I have admitted I overreacted and apologised.
Good one HappyDays.
I apologise and you turn to insults
Then you ask me to explain myself but filter me so you cannot see my explanation.
I'm taking a fairly more optimistic view now than a short while ago. For us LTH's it's disheartening to see the SP drop but when you think logically about the way the company is building you can see why this is shaping up to be a winner. There's no "pumping" from the BoD. Just info as and when it comes but orders are coming in, slowly. This time next year if we have the £2.7M contract just announced, plus the Vatic EUA, plus DHSC money, plus other contracts that come in we could be turning over £10m + p/a that's mostly profit. How can the 12m market cap be justifiable then. Simple, it can't! I'm ignoring the SP now unless it goes much lower, in which case, I'll buy more!!
It's a "get in" on the sidelines. Big buys cause SP movement up, where lots of 100k (shares) buys places periodically throughout the day do not.
A helpful MM or two knocking the price down when someone sells a few hundred quids worth and hiding buys they best they can and you get to build you position under the radar and as cheap as possible.
IF someone was being allowed to "get in cheap"Surely we would see Big buys declared; But we are not!!
Plus ...it is a MINIMUM of £2.7m in Year One ....it is only the 2 month technical transfer process which is holding things back....and with the raw materials and transfer paid for by the customer ..there isnt so much initial working capital needed to throw in...
it seems as tho the price is being kept low on purpose. Odd price action, small as they maybe, a lot of today's sells look like buys then one small sell knocks it down 6%.... Very strange. Perhaps being kept down for someone or something to get in cheap. We all know there are at least 2 or 3 big news items that could land any day, and the current MCAP suggests none of these items are priced in at all, so anything positive then up she goes. Timewise, we're looking at the court case ruling within the month, one would expect payment very soon after. Vatic FDA EUA is anyone's guess but when/if this gets done, we already have TT signed off and production ramped up. European contract is minimum £2.5M which could scale up hugely at any point based on a number of dynamic events , many other irons in many fires. Personally, I'm keeping the faith. My mid term strategy is just taking a bit longer for now. All my opinion of course so DYOR and GL.
JB, you need to judge contract values against the relativity to the Mcap of the company.
£2-3 million contract for firms valued @ 100's of £millions is miserly but to one valued @ £12 million they are not.
2.5 million represents 20% of the Mcap. Its the same as a £200 million company getting a £40 million contract.
The Market may not be picking up on these things yet but it will do in time I'm sure.
Do completely agree with the goverment comment though.
I'm not sure why I'm giving any of my time to this but.
"it’s irrational hype that really winds me up (not that your post was). "
So what exactly was it then that wound you up about my posts? You wrote it, at least have the balls to stick by it and back your thoughts up with something.. anything!
It's easy to be critical of others, not so easy to put some effort in to back your statements up.
I don't get all this labelling of every post has to be either a ramp or de-ramp.
There's big middle ground where an investor in a company is naturally likely to see something in the business that is positive. Shares these thought and research that got them to invest and stay invested...its not ramping. I always make clear what is fact (backed up with links) and what is my thought...this could be, might be etc, not this is, this will etc.
LSE is here to share thought and research on investments. You need to understand the diferance between such places and your WhatsApp group with your mates from the pub.
You have nothing to offer....filtered.
Wrong board Touk.
Happy
Sorry
I am interested in the fact that they are hiring or any other facts.
It’s just the ramping ravings of Wresstlemythingy that have made me sensitive.
As you have looked back at my posting history you will see that it’s irrational hype that really winds me up (not that your post was). I thought we’d got over that since the main focus has switched from Affidx to AVA6000. Then along comes Wresstle……
Happydays2u, I appreciate your posts, please keep them coming, I personally don’t have the time to do the research as yourself, best to ignore other peoples comments. Hopefully not long now till we get some positive news.
Fair enough, please feel very free to filter me then. I don't wantto wined anyone up where looking at your posting history that's appers to be your only purpose.
It's probably helpful information for others to know the company they are/thinking of investing in is hiring people. I don't need to share this information but I do to be helpful to others so in that one post I have been more use than you 345 posts combined!
Apre
Yep. HappyD winds me up with his “oh they’re hiring 3 people must be a big contract coming”.
Just stick to the facts guys.
I have had to work:due to my shares not performing
You must have had a night off the sauce for a change - first sensible comment you've made for an eon or two!
They laid off 60 people due to the Government contract not happening:maybe a little short staffed now?
ToucanCarpLoon, you comment like that, then wonder why people call you a FUD spammer and a dimwit. Then when folks point it out, you complain about being "called names" (aaah) and being bullied. Eejit.
Sorry to other folks, this clown is well known on the AVCT bb as a bit of an effwit.
