Unless you elect to put in new money, you will get cash at 35p in the next couple of weeks
Must admit I missed all the takeover news. Have tried to read this thread but finding it difficult to pick-out what happens to current investors. I am in profit having bought @25p. Will shares these simply transfer over to the new company and we get a new ticker? I am with iWeb and there is no corporate action outstanding.
look at french connection today ..why couldnt that be us
God knows why, I could understand it if they were buying millions of shares but for anything from 100,000 less there is NO profit after taking into account deal costs etc.
Maybe there are people out there that don't know about the 35p takeover at all .
Why are people still buying this share at 34.85? I just don’t get why they would do that when a deal looks like it’s going to be done at 35
I guess they will pay when this is a done deal, ok they might have the votes but untill they get the 75% shares I guess it's not yet a done deal.
Seems to be dragging on now.
When will they pay the 35p?
merica they have burned a lot of shorts .the financial authorities across the world should put a ban on short selling as we have seen from the AA demise.
It makes me very sad especially for the LTH who worked tirelessly for the company
Shame this ended so badly for everyone
Kibo energy
0.30 very very undervalued
Market cap 6mill only
Ooops wrong thread lol
AMC $17 pre market!
Sold ages ago too - you get near as damn it 35p now anyway.
Sold weeks ago and bought Boo Hoo
Hi All. I’ve been a holder of AA shares for sometime and just left them. I’ve recently found out about the 35p a share sale. Have most of you guys sold your holdings or are you waiting to see what happens next?
After the injection of equity of c. £260m, the refinancing of the B2 notes is in place. the replacement bond, which is less leveraged (after the equity injection) priced at 6.5% today (so 1% wider than what they were previously been charged).
I always thought there was more upside than 35p but this gives some credence to directors than refinancing would have been difficult without at a minimum a 1-for-1 rights issue
I thought the date of the deal was the 14th, So when does this stop being AA. group and go delisted as there are still many buys and Kemp now has 24%+. Anyone know what the date of sale is then ?
Or are they now that they have got the share price deal, going to carry on listed / trading as AA. as it looks like they have just launched all the bonds.
I’m out, another company gone, my last one was WMH but at least I made a profit on that one. I needed a lot more on AA to break even. You win some, and you lose some.
Sold out - not waiting months for an extra 0.75%I'll never get the time back that I was glued to the updates, that's probably the biggest bother. It's been emotional, hope those who lost out big are successful in other ways.
The candle on my AA shares in my IG account is now white instead of green or red.
wait for them to pay us out at 35p :-(
OK.. scanned through it... So what now?
normally no news is good news
