Why the rise

Mine has gone imto my isa account minus 15% i.e 0.0824 instead of 0.097

Finally got my divi paid but it was a lot less than said i.e 0.0817 ..not .097 whats going on

It hasnt gone in yet ...messaged them again ...whats the problem
