Lefkosia.
You're very selective with your T-line moments, if I may say. I follow the charts (Sharescope) but don't use the T-line.
A every quick look-back over the last over the last 5 months or so shows :
Previous T-line buys and sells :
B - 11/10 at 0.71p S - 25/10 at 0.74p
B - 26/09 at 0.73p S - 01/10 at 0.69p
B - 21/08 at 1.01p S - 27/08 at 0.86p
B - 05/06 at 0.98p S - 17/06 at 1.00p
None of these, after spreads and dealing costs, would have made money. I grant you they wouldn't have lost much either though. I haven't looked back further and I don't have the time to do a detailed back-testing over say a couple of years. This can be done easily though with the right software. I will see if I can persuade a colleague to do it.
Goldenegg, don't get me started. Met many a fine girl in Lancelin sand dunes. Laws define I could only marry one. I know I made the right choice. Good luck to ya bud. All the best.

I see we are 3rd on the % gainers list , that can only add to our street cred...
Thanks Brom. Certainly has been a testing 5ish years and hope I hope something solid comes our way. We deserve it alright. As far as the wife goes..shes the best, do what you want...she says.(tone of voice irrelevant) shes the bestest.
WAa I suspect your wife must be a very understanding woman :-)
Been a long time FO negotiations and then waiting for drill season, but we are almost there, can never be sure for sure what is around the corner but all the signs are good at the moment, suspect that SP has a some momentum yet.
Very well said as usual Brom. Very eloquent as per your standard. DW will be in my mind be vindicated once I recoup and move into profit. I get tangled with my excuses to the wife. 'my business costs a lot to run' she says 'maybe get standard job' I say ' don't get me started love'
15:25 not sure about reason(s) could just be natural reaction as we get closer to the appraisal well, however if you are right and we have connected with a new audience then great and a vindication of the strategy DW is pursuing.

Anyone care to pitch in as to today's unusual activity bearing in mind there is no new news? Long may it continue....
15:09 after early experiences me too, 88E is my only AIM share these days.
Mind you if McDonnel gets his way I would not hold out much hope for the "blueys".
Brombard I'm use to blue chip lol
14:50 you need to take a look at most of the oil & mining companies on AIM, 88E no different to the vast majority in being cyclical dependent on drills and results of the same, many, many companies have far bigger ranges of SP than we have seen here.
Whatever you think of 88 a dull share it is not Ive been here a while up to 4p then down to sub 1p ive seen the sort of price drop that you would only find amongst the Thomas Cooks and Flybes that are no longer of this world with very serious losses in a single day . Those days seem to have gone its my experience that 88 has been a snakes and ladders share with regular steady climbs with much enthusiasm by shareholders followed by sickening announcements by DW causing the share to immediately crash, Usually involving wanting a cash raise or sorry its not oil just oily clay.. Hopefully those days are long gone and the current rise over the last few days has lead to many of us going whoop whoop. Im delighted with the current situation, Not yet sent of for the brochures of the high end cars yet but hopefully soon
